The Development Of Off-campus Trusteeship Institutions Under The "Double Reduction" Policy

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s social economy and the continuous intensification of competition,many parents run between work and family,resulting in a difficult connection with school education.In this context,the off-campus trusteeship industry has developed,and the scale is getting bigger and bigger,and the distribution area is getting wider and wider.Although the emergence of off-campus trusteeship caters to the practical needs of many Chinese families and solves the worries of parents,the off-campus trusteeship industry has not yet been clearly defined,so various kinds of trusteeship institutions have different living conditions.The "double reduction" policy issued in 2021 has strengthened supervision and management of off-campus educational institutions.In the context of strict rectification of off-campus training institutions,the development of off-campus trusteeship institutions has also taken on a new direction.The legitimacy,teachers,quality,safety and health of the trusteeship directly affect the healthy development of primary school students,so it is necessary to investigate and study the trusteeship institutions to find solutions to the problems.This paper aims to improve the service quality of custodian institutions and promote the all-round development of students by analyzing the development status of custodian institutions in Anqing city and putting forward constructive countermeasures for government governance and self-construction of institutions.In order to understand and break through the development dilemma of out-of-school trusteeship institutions,this paper,on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the existing research data on trusteeship institutions and their education,takes The trusteeship institutions in Anqing city as the object,and selects four trusteeship institutions near four primary schools in Anqing City as research samples.This paper adopts the research idea of "problem-problem-analysis-problem-solution" and adopts three research methods of literature method,observation method and interview method to find the main problems existing in the development of off-campus trusteeship institutions,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies on this basis.Through the investigation and analysis of the development of Anqing outside,the author found that the development of the outside unclear positioning,regulatory blank,tutoring utility and single teaching form,thus to "double reduction" under the background of the development of outside industry put forward the positive and effective governance and management strategy,including legislation hosting education positioning,government joint regulation,home club hosting system,optimize the hosting environment and form,strengthen teacher management,for the further development of outside put forward a new way.It is hoped that through effective governance and management means,the off-campus trusteeship institutions can truly reduce the burden of students and promote the healthy and happy growth of students.
