Opportunities,Difficulties And Paths Of Campus Football Development Under The Policy Of "Double Reduction"

On July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the homework burden and After-school Training burden for Students in Compulsory Education.The release of the "double reduction" policy has essentially greatly reduced the learning burden of primary and middle school students in China."Double reduction" points out that the educational function of education should be developed and put the education in the first place.As the core of the strategy of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,campus football has become mature in its development and construction in China,but there are still problems.This study takes the policy of "double reduction" as the starting point,analyzes the development status of campus football in China,finds out the opportunities that campus football can seize,the still existing difficulties and the development path under the background of "double reduction" policy,and puts forward suggestions for the development of campus football in China.This paper uses the literature data method and the logic analysis method to study the campus football under the perspective of "double subtraction".A large number of literature was found for analysis and summary.The opportunities brought by the "double reduction" policy for the development of campus football in China include: 1.Build the main position of after-school delay service;2.Off-campus training reduces the external motivation;3.The reversal of family concept gives internal motivation.However,the development of campus football still exists: 1.The shaping of campus football culture is not profound enough;2.The separation between family,society and school;3.The dilemma that the basic problems of campus football have not been completely solved.In view of the current difficulties of campus football,the following development paths are given: 1.Give full play to the educational attributes of campus football and campus football culture leads the development;2.Promote the development,"trust" is the key of home-school and social cooperation,"communication" is the basis of home-school and social cooperation,"positioning" is the soul of home-school and social cooperation;3.Accelerate the solution to the basic problems of weak campus football teachers,insufficient hardware facilities and imperfect competition system.
