This research mainly used text analysis method, literature data method, investigation method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method etc, took the campus Wushu development as the research object, explored the optimization path of campus Wushu development from the view of the "double reduction" policy.Through visiting and investigating 40 public primary schools that carry out campus Wushu in the main urban area of Nanjing and Xuzhou,we grasped the current situation of the campus Wushu development under the Policy of “Double Reduction”:1.These schools are carrying out after-school services through the "5+2" model, having better measures to encourage teachers to participate in after-school services.Teachers have a better understanding of "Double Reduction" work, and they are generally willingness to participate in after-school services.2.Most of the Wushu teachers have bachelor’s degree and their working years are less than 4 years. Most of them are young teachers with professional education background of martial arts and ethnic traditional sports. But the number of full-time Wushu teachers is insufficient.3.There are still some schools that have no fixed space, lack of equipment and equipment, and cannot or cannot fully meet the needs of teachers and students in "teaching","learning","practice" and "competition".4.Due to the short time of implementation of the new curriculum standards and the impact of the epidemic, the fit between Wushu curriculum and the new curriculum standard needs to be further deepened.5.Wushu teachers have a high awareness of the work of "double reduction" and a high participation in after-school service, but the implementation and guarantee mechanism of after-school service should be further improved.6.The number of schools that set up school-level Wushu team teams is relatively low, participating in the campus Wushu competitions is relatively rare, which are hindering the long-term and characteristic development of campus Wushu,it is urgent to remedy the case and make changes.7.Wushu teachers do not pay enough attention to students’ extracurricular wushu practice, need to promote students to carry out Wushu practice through the forms of "assigning martial arts homework","guiding parents to participate in students’ martial arts activities".8.More than half of schools choosed to hire coaches from outside Wushu training institutions to participate in Wushu class teaching activities,Wushu after-class service activities and the training of school team.By carrying out problem analysis and policy interpretation, combined with theoretical discussion and expert opinions, the following optimization paths are proposed:1.Make the Wushu class,Wushu Activities and the family work as one through enhanced communication and coordination, form a cohesive force to achieve normal and sustainable development for the Campus Wushu.2.Based on the current curriculum standards of physical education and health in compulsory education, strengthen Wushu teaching content design and teaching method innovation to improve the quality of the campus Wushu development.3.By recruiting Wushu teachers, bringing in the outstanding retired Wushu athletes, and selecting the professional Wushu talents from localcolleges and the off-campus Wushu training institutions to solve the problem of the allocation of campus Wushu.Meanwhile, improve the incentive mechanism for after-school services and set up supervision groups,to protect the implementation of the campus Wushu.4.Explore diversified ways of cooperation to enhance the efficiency of the campus Wushu development, such as school-school cooperation and school-enterprise cooperation, coordinate and utilize the surrounding social sports venues. |
