| China attaches great importance to the physical health of children.In recent years,in order to strengthen the guidance of physical education for children and promote the comprehensive and healthy development of children,China’s education department has issued a number of relevant policy documents.Young children’s coordination for the future development of the sport ability and has had a profound impact on the physical and mental health,at this stage to the child’s coordination ability of scientific intervention,can effectively promote children’s grasp of the basic motor skills,promote the ability of the infant movement,protect children’s daily life activities,the smooth development of learning and sports,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to seize this critical period of the development of children’s coordination ability and explore scientific and efficient exercise programs to promote the improvement of children’s coordination ability.Compared with foreign countries,the development of children’s physical education in China is shorter,although there are certain research achievements,but there is no systematic scientific guidance program for children’s physical education.Most of the kindergarten physical education objectives are not clear,lack of systematic;Physical activity standards are inconsistent and lack of unity;The content of sports activities is single and scattered,lack of pertinence;Physical education teaching methods only pay attention to interest,lack of effectiveness.Because of this,this study young children the importance of coordination in the early development as a starting point,using the method of literature,mathematical statistics method,survey method,experimental method and other research methods,according to the physiological mechanism of the development of children’s coordination ability,combining with the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development and movement law of development,adhere to scientific,pertinence,feasibility,security and interest,the principle of comprehensiveness,To design an intervention program for children’s coordination ability.On this basis,a total of 120 4-5 year old children from Zhengzhou Zhuoyue Children’s Sports Center and kindergarten were selected and divided into experimental group(n=40),ordinary intervention control group(n=40)and non-intervention control group(n=40).The coordination ability intervention training was conducted for 10 weeks.The experimental group used the scientific coordination intervention program designed in this study for 10 weeks,twice a week,1 hour each time;The control group received physical education for 10 weeks,twice a week,1 hour each time.The non-intervention control group carried out activities according to the daily teaching schedule of kindergarten,and did not carry out other sports intervention.In this paper,sp SS17 was used to analyze the data obtained from THE ABC 2 test before and after the experiment.The results were as follows: After the experiment,the experimental group had significant differences in the children’s fine hand movement,positioning and grasping,and dynamic and static balance test scores compared with those before the experiment(P<0.01);There were significant differences in the scores of all dimensions in the control group before and after the experiment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the normal intervention control group and the non-intervention control group.After the experiment,there is a very significant difference between the experimental group and the ordinary control group(P<0.01),That is,the experimental group is better than ordinary intervention control group;There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the non-intervention control group(P<0.01),That is,the experimental group is better than the control group without intervention;There was a significant difference between the normal control group and the non-intervention control group(P<0.01),The control group was superior to the control group without intervention.Conclusions :(1)Design and implementation process of scientific intervention program for infant coordination.The smooth implementation of an experimental intervention cannot leave early elaborate process design,this study analyzed before the first chose MABC-2 as assessment tool,then the measurement data and preliminary analysis,summarized the common problems in coordination,this paper analyzes the reasons of the individual,combined with the physiological mechanism of coordination development,formulate scientific intervention plan,After the implementation of the program,the post-test effect was analyzed,and the intervention program was further revised.(2)Targeted content design is the key to design scientific intervention programs for children’s coordination ability.This study from the physiological mechanism of coordination development,for children’s sense of muscle coordination,coordination,perception neural coordination,vestibular sense of equilibrium,etc.,in combination with children’s individual differences,scientific design promotes the development of children’s coordination of relevant content at the same time movement law of development of young children,give attention to two or morethings physical quality,design the system of children’s coordination scientific intervention plan.(3)The selection of flexible teaching methods is the guarantee for the implementation of scientific intervention program on children’s coordination ability.In view of the fact that children’s sports activities the diversity of species,this research combining with the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development and cognitive characteristics,will demonstrate,interpretation method,the game method,practice method,prevention,and correct method,situational method,story method sports teaching methods,such as flexible combination,method is varied and interesting,to stimulate children’s sports motivation,the purpose of the exercise,improve coordination ability.(4)The effect of scientific intervention program on coordination ability of children is remarkable.After the experiment,the test scores of the three dimensions of the experimental group and the ordinary intervention control group were improved,and the test indexes of the experimental group were improved significantly compared with before the experiment,which had a very significant effect.There was no significant improvement in normal intervention control group before and after the experiment.The coordination ability test indexes of children in the non-intervention control group were not significantly improved before and after the experiment,and their test scores were lower than those in the experimental group and the ordinary intervention control group.This shows that the intervention effect of the experimental group is the most obvious,and the scientific intervention plan of coordination ability designed in this study can effectively improve the coordination ability of children.(5)The scientific intervention program on infants’ coordination ability effectively promoted the comprehensive development of infants.Study proves through scientific coordination intervention,effectively improve the children’s wear beads,coin,painted trajectory,bean bag,throw bean bag,standing on one foot,walking on tiptoe,feet jump,the coordinated ability,obviously improve the children’s small hand muscle coordination,hand eye coordination and dynamic and static balance ability,promote the children’s sense of perception,feeling of ontology,the development of vestibular sense of equilibrium.Suggestions:(1)Pay attention to the training of coordination ability in early childhood.The development of coordination ability should be attached great importance in the physical training of children or the physical education of children.The early development of coordination ability can effectively promote the children’s mastery of basic movements and special skills,and is conducive to the development of language,intelligence,emotion and other abilities.It is important that the early childhood is the key period to improve the coordination ability.Therefore,teachers and parents must seize the opportunity to lay a solid foundation in the early childhood and effectively train the coordination ability of children.(2)Scientifically design the intervention content of children’s coordination ability.The intervention content of coordination ability of children should be different from ordinary physical training content.It must have strong pertinence,strengthen the study of coordination training content and equipment,take the factors influencing coordination ability and physiological mechanism as the basis,and take into account the components of coordination ability.Design and promote coordination intervention content that is easy to implement,operable,scientific and effective for venues,kindergartens and parents.(3)Flexible use of children’s coordination intervention methods.In the course of coordination ability training,intervention method is also of vital importance in addition to intervention content.Must comply with the laws of children’s physical and mental development,grasp the children’s psychological characteristics and personality traits,according to the different characteristics of the project,staff number,characteristics of children’s ability to use different teaching methods,specific explanation and demonstration action or corrective action,to improve their athletic ability,coordinating ability,the best effect.(4)Pay attention to the training process and standard of movement of children.In the physical training and coordination ability intervention process,resolutely put an end to formalism,seriously treat every action of children’s sports intervention,so that children in the release of nature in sports at the same time,also can harvest health,master the correct action points,develop good exercise habits. |
