| In recent years,media technology has provided an important support for women’s empowerment and development in the field of "women and media".With the mature of media technology,trill platform with its convenient operation,powerful social entertainment features,to attract the diverse social groups,media,government,institutional users began to pay attention to the spread of short video effect,are in trill platform,as a new kind of public communication,trill as a short video of social media platforms at the same time,It has also gradually become a platform for public opinion expression and public participation.Women’s rights issues as a public issue also is able to present in the network of public space,the public through the trill platform to express their views and rights,women’s rights issues involved in cyberspace,discussion,the official media,government agencies through the trill platform for women’s rights advocacy,public opinion guide,diverse groups to participate in women’s rights issues,It presents different characteristics and rules from those in traditional media.The research on them will help us to further grasp the media picture of women’s rights issues in short video platforms and the participation and construction of women’s rights issues by diverse groups.Taking short videos on women’s rights and interests on Douyin platform as the research object,this paper investigates and explores women’s rights and interests from the perspective of media and gender and from the perspective of social participation of multiple groups.This paper first sorts out the status quo of women’s rights and interests issues,analyzes the motivation of the media presentation of women’s rights and interests issues,and explores the characteristics and reasons of the presentation of women’s rights and interests issues in new media.Second to trill platform in the "women’s rights","women’s rights",and related topics,for example,through the data mining and crawl,using content analysis and text analysis to the topic under the short video released subject,the subject content,form,attitude tendency of characteristic analysis,interpretation,to explore the trill platform of women’s rights issues is presented by who? What kind of content is presented? How is it presented? What are the emotional attitudes presented? On this basis,based on the framework theory,this paper analyzes short videos on women’s rights and interests,excavates specific media frameworks in short videos on women’s rights and interests,and finds that the media frameworks mainly focus on legal policy framework,news publicity framework,fact statement framework and women protection framework.Finally,combined with relevant data analysis results and research,it is found that there are some problems in the presentation of women’s rights issues on Douyin platform,such as the lack of regular attention to the issues,the lack of attention to women’s development,the degradation of the connotation of the issues by commercial media,and the insufficient response to online public participation.In addition,relevant strategies are put forward from the production level of short video content,platforms and relevant institutions to provide strategic reference and suggestions for the dissemination practice of women’s rights and interests,so as to promote the optimization of the dissemination of women’s rights and interests. |
