Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous rise of the "work tide",a large number of rural male labor force has been transferred to cities.The urban-rural dual system and the prejudice against women in the labor market make it difficult for migrant workers to achieve "family migration" by their own efforts,resulting in the phenomenon of long-term separation.Under the influence of this trend,rural left-behind women have experienced many marital crises.Since 2002,the divorce rate in my country has been rising steadily,which is a concrete manifestation of the weakening of the stability of marriage in China.This not only affects husband and wife,children and parents,but also brings many negative effects to society.The country is at home,and family disharmony is not conducive to social stability.The problem of marriage and family in rural areas has been paid more and more attention by the society,and it is also one of the key problems to be solved in rural revitalization.In view of this,the Ministry of Civil Affairs promulgated a divorce cooling-off period system to curb the high divorce rate,and set up a mediation room in the marriage registry to provide counseling services,and the important role of social work has gradually emerged.Social work is a problem-oriented governance tool.Social workers connect couples who are in the cooling-off period of divorce,carry out applied exploration of casework,propose targeted solutions,save marriages and families in crisis,achieve family harmony,and promote social harmony.Taking Ms.Wang from L Village,M City,Anhui Province as an example,this paper uses gender theory,advantage perspective theory and family therapy model to deeply analyze the main factors of marital crisis.that is,self-biased cognition caused by traditional gender concepts,transgender Insufficient social support,and discordant communication caused by marriage in the domain.Then use the casework in social work to provide intervention services from the practical process of receiving cases,needs estimation,planning,intervention,evaluation and closing cases.The services of the past,enhancing social support and overcoming difficulties,helps them to establish a modern gender concept,strengthen social support,improve communication and promote employment to relieve economic pressure,improve self-efficacy and acquire skills to deal with family conflicts.Ultimately,clients’ gender perceptions,self-efficacy,and interactive communication skills all improved.And on this basis,according to the deficiencies found by social workers in the process of intervention,such as insufficient professional ability,low social recognition and high personnel mobility,put forward ways to improve the above problems.Ans on this basis,it puts forward suggestions for social work further intervene in the marriage crisis of rural left-behind women,to deal with the marital crisis predicament of rural left-behind women,and improve the quality of marriage.
