Research On Teaching Mode Of Middle School Students’ Orchestra Ensemble Consciousness

In recent years,with the implementation of the national primary and secondary school aesthetic education policy,orchestras for middle school students in various regions continue to emerge,but the levels are uneven.In addition to their own different professional and technical levels,there is also the problem of not being able to perform works with "ensemble consciousness",that is,the students of the orchestra often have unique timbres,uncertain speeds,and free play during ensemble performances,resulting in poor ensemble performance.Aiming at this problem,this paper adopts literature research method,case study method,practice research method and other methods,taking Taiyuan No.5 Middle School Students’ Orchestra as an example,it analyzes and studies its ensemble consciousness teaching mode and ensemble consciousness teaching cases.The first part of this paper focuses on the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of students’ orchestra members,daily rehearsal situations and basic teaching methods of the orchestras in the three middle schools in Taiyuan except Taiyuan No.5Middle School.The second part and the third part classify the ensemble consciousness training mode of Taiyuan No.5 Middle School Students’ Orchestra into two aspects: "basic teaching of ensemble consciousness " and "intensive training of ensemble consciousness".The "Ensemble Consciousness Teaching Method" includes intonation teaching,rhythm teaching,phrase breathing teaching,sound balance teaching,conducting language teaching,and the teaching of the connotation of works to make the performance of the works more profound."Ensemble Consciousness Strengthening Training" includes unison training,rhythm filling training,Canon training,harmony long tone training and voice part conversion training based on the ensemble consciousness teaching method.The fourth part of this thesis takes sections 1-52 of "Ode to the Red Flag" as an example,and uses the teaching mode of ensemble consciousness to give a detailed introduction from the teaching objectives,teaching content,class schedule,and arrangement of practical activities inside and outside the school.The Taiyuan No.5 Middle School Students’ Orchestra has continuously improved its ensemble effect in the more than ten years of using the ensemble consciousness teaching model,and has won many awards,it has delivered more than 100 outstanding graduates to national key universities such as Tsinghua University,Peking University,Zhejiang University,and national key professional institutions such as the Central Conservatory of Music,Shanghai Conservatory of Music,and the PLAArt Academy.This research takes the current requirements of "aesthetic education" as the criterion,takes the clue of how middle school students move from "solo consciousness" to "ensemble consciousness",and takes the teaching mode of ensemble consciousness of Taiyuan No.5 Middle School Students’ Orchestra,discusses the teaching and training methods suitable for cultivating the ensemble consciousness of middle school students’ orchestra members,and provides a feasible ensemble consciousness teaching plan for middle school students’ orchestras in areas with underdeveloped music education resources.
