Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has attached more and more importance to the ideological and political education of students in primary and middle schools.In December 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that "moral education should be taken as the central link,ideological and political work should run through the whole process of education and teaching,and all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses should go together." In response to the spirit of the conference,all disciplines in colleges and universities began to draw closer to the general direction of curriculum ideological and political reform.Some middle school disciplines also tried to reform curriculum ideological and political reform,but the research is still not as deep as that in colleges and universities.On January 8,2021,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guide to Incorporating Revolutionary Traditions into Primary and secondary school Curriculum Materials",which was formulated to fully implement the Party’s education policy and guide the system of primary and secondary school curriculum materials.The guide points out that the subjects of revolutionary traditional education are mainly ideological and political science,history and Chinese.History,as the main carrier of revolutionary traditional education,plays an irreplaceable role in the four history education(party history,new China history,reform and opening up history and socialist development history education).This thesis as a starting point,exploring a third version of the historical materials about the revolutionary tradition education related knowledge,in the stick to the teaching material knowledge contained among them will be the basis of the revolutionary tradition knowledge to analyze and classification,the ultimate goal is the course education under the background of the real revolutionary tradition will implement into middle school history class.This paper is divided into three parts: The first part analyzes the necessity and importance of carrying out revolutionary tradition education in high school history teaching from the perspective of high school history curriculum standard and history discipline’s own characteristics.The second part sorted out and explored the knowledge points of revolutionary traditional education in the history textbooks of senior high schools compiled by the ministry,and summarized and analyzed the knowledge points according to the classification of the subject content of revolutionary traditional education in the Curriculum Textbook Guide for primary and secondary schools,and summarized the characteristics of the distribution of these knowledge points in the textbooks.The third part,according to the relevant education policies and documents of the Ministry of Education,puts forward a series of effective teaching strategies,so that the revolutionary traditional education can be better implemented in the history teaching of senior high school.
