| Materialization ability is one of the core qualities of general technology.It is the ability to transform design ideas or schemes into products or to improve and optimize existing products.Materialized ability is the final link of the cultivation of technical literacy and also the test of the first four abilities.According to the requirements of the curriculum standards for materialized ability,it is subdivided into: material planning and processing ability,tool selection and use ability,process ability,assembly testing and optimization ability.Through querying relevant materials and observing the physical and chemical ability cultivation in general technology classes of senior high school students,the current problems in physical and chemical ability cultivation include: lack of relevant knowledge reserve,insufficient spatial imagination level,insufficient planning ability of product production,common processing technology and unfamiliar technical treatment methods.Through literature analysis,this thesis analyzes the research on improving the physical and chemical ability of general technology in China and the research on cultivating students’ practical ability of making products in foreign countries.It is found that project-based teaching has an excellent effect on cultivating students’ materialized ability by allowing students to participate in the production of products.Therefore,the selection of students’ production projects is particularly important.According to the four subdivision elements of physical and chemical ability,a selection table of physical and chemical ability was prepared.The study found that most intangible cultural heritage handicraft items met the selection requirements.Intangible cultural heritage as a brilliant part of China’s traditional culture,condenses the wisdom of generations of People in China,highlighting the perseverance of craftsman spirit.Compared with other projects,intangible cultural heritage projects have more educational value.Students can also experience China’s excellent traditional culture and craftsman spirit in the process of production,in response to the country’s call to actively promote China’s excellent traditional culture into the classroom under the background of cultural power.Using the method of action research,based on the existing research results,the teaching process is redesigned,and two rounds of action research are used to solve the problems in the current physical and chemical ability training.In the first round of teaching,the training process of "explaining relevant theoretical knowledge--presenting materialized products--clarifying materialized requirements--guiding materialized operations--perfecting materialized works" was used.Local kite INTANGIBLE Cultural Heritage projects were selected by using the selection list of materialized ability improvement projects,and the teaching process was designed and implemented.After completion,video observation,task list analysis,questionnaire survey and work evaluation were used to test the training effect of physical and chemical ability.It was found that students’ physical and chemical ability had been improved,but there were still some problems in material planning and selection,operation standards,task completion rate and other aspects.For in the first round of action,for the problems in the study to the task list,teaching process and to improve process of curriculum implementation,will be materialized ability process improvement as follows: analysis about related knowledge-materialized object,guiding materialized operation,improve the physical and chemical products,clear materialized operation through analysis of materialized object to improve the physical and chemical products throughout the period of the whole.The new teaching design and implementation of this process are carried out.SPSS software was used to conduct inter-group differentiation analysis for the questionnaires of the first and second rounds.The second round was higher in material planning and processing than the first round and had significant differences.Compared with the grading of the work evaluation scale,the average value of the second round of teaching was 5.67 points higher than that of the first round of teaching in terms of the degree of conformity between the selected materials and the functions of each part.It is proved that the teaching effect of the second round is better than the first round.After the whole research process,three suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of physical and chemical ability.1.Guide students to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the project before carrying out materialization operations.2.Using task lists helps students to think.3.Make clear that materialization requirements should run through the whole process of cultivating materialization ability. |
