Research objectives:To explore the long-term effect of strength training combined with different muscle relaxation programs on lower limb athletic quality.Research Methods:The research was carried out by means of literature,expert interview,test,experiment and mathematical statistics.Results:(1)After the experiment,Static Stretching(SS)group,Static Stretching combined with Foam Rolling,Static Stretching+Foam Rolling,Static Stretching+Foam Rolling,SS+FR)group and Static Stretching+Vibration Training(SS+VT)group increased from102.78?36.44 kg,104.62?35.50 kg and 103.15?34.87 kg before the experiment to133.38?28.41 kg,137.36?29.10 kg and 135.87?31.26 kg after the experiment,respectively,there was a significant increase in maximum squat strength in each group(P<0.0 1).After the experiment,there was no significant difference among all groups(P>0.0 5).(2)After the experiment,The vertical vertical jump height of SS group,SS+FR group and SS+VT group increased from 38.30?8.82 cm,35.99?12.48 cm and 38.80?9.1 9cm before the experiment to 41.12?7.38 cm,40.99?9.36 cm and 43.03?9.64 cm after the experiment.After the experiment,the vertical vertical jump height of SS+FR group increased significantly(P<0.01),the vertical vertical jump height of SS group and SS+VT group increased significantly(0.01<P<0.05).There was no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).(3)After the experiment,The flexion of the sitting body in the SS group,SS+FR group and SS+VT group increased from 15.87?5.10 cm,16.79?3.95 cm and 16.76?3.98 cm before the experiment to 17.27?4.78 cm,21.2?4.04 cm and 19.08?4.54 cm after the experiment,respectively.There was significant difference between SS+FR group a nd SS group after experiment(0.01<P<0.05),the SS+FR group and SS+VT group showed a very significant increase in sitting body flexion(P<0.01),there was a significant increase in sitting body flexion in SS group(0.01<P<0.05).there was no significant difference among other groups(P>0.05).(4)After the experiment,The 30 m sprint running of SS group,SS+FR group an d SS+VT group increased from 4.90?0.65 s,5.09?0.82 s and 4.90?0.59 s before the experiment to 4.81?0.49 s,4.97?0.73 s and 4.78?0.41 s after the experiment,respectively.After the experiment,there was no significant increase in 30 m sprint in each group(P>0.05).there was no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).(5)After the experiment,The T-test of SS group,SS+FR group and SS+VT group increased from 11.19?1.39 s,11.61?2.01 s and 11.60?1.36 s before the experiment to10.61?0.99 s,10.83?1.14 s and 10.94?0.94 s after the experiment,the T-test of each group showed significant increase(0.01<P<0.05).After the experiment,there was no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).(6)After the experiment,In the SS group,SS+FR group and SS+VT group,the closed eye mono pop station increased from 92.52?64.70 s,84.51?82.48 s and 79.13?27.11 s to111.27?34.75 s,114.55?23.77 s and 113.27?19.76 s after the experiment,respectively.After the experiment,the SS+VT group showed a significant increase in the closed eye mono pod station(P<0.01),there was a significant increase in closed eye mono pod in SS group and SS+FR group(0.01<P<0.05).There was no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).Research Conclusions:(1)After the experiment,squat maximum strength,vertical vertical jump height,sitting body forward bending,T-test and eye closed stand were significantly improved in each group,indicating that strength training combined with different muscle relaxation programs can significantly improve the body’s maximum strength,explosive power,flexibility,agility and balance ability.Among them,strength training combined with SS+FR muscle relaxation program has a more obvious effect on improving explosive force,while strength training combined with SS+VT muscle relaxation program has a more obvious effect on improving balance ability.(2)Compared with other relaxation programs,strength training combined with SS+FR was more helpful to improve the level of flexibility.(3)SS+FR group and SS+VT group were more beneficial to alleviate the body ’s psychological fatigue.
