Research On The Influence Of Core Strength Training On The Special Physical Quality Of College Dragon Boat Athletes

Objective:Core strength training is an important means to improve the special physical quality of athletes.Dragon boat as the dominant type of physical strength endurance projects,strength training is the focus of dragon boat physical training.At present,the physical training for college students dragon boat athletes is mainly based on traditional strength training,which to some extent limits the improvement of the competitive level of college students dragon boat athletes.This study through the adoption of core strength training and traditional strength training to carry on the control experiment,to explore the core strength training and traditional strength training for college students dragon boat athletes special physical quality influence,it is concluded that the core strength training for college students dragon boat athletes special physical quality training effect,physical training for college students dragon boat athletes provide different training means and methods.Method:The subjects of the study were 40 dragon boat team athletes from the three gorges university.Two groups were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each with 20 participants.The control group received traditional strength training,and the experimental group received core strength training.Twice a week for 60 minutes for 12 weeks.Before and after the experiment,subjects were required to test seven specific physical fitness indexes,namely,maximum weight of bench press,sitting position rowing for one minute,sit-ups for one minute,back lifting for one minute,1000 meters,sitting position forward bending,and 30-second sit-ups.SPSS22.0 data processing was conducted.Independent sample T test was used for inter-group comparison,and paired sample T test was used for intra-group comparison.Results:1.After 12 weeks of experiment,the comparison of strength quality indexes between the control group and the experimental group was found.Comparison of upper limb strength quality indexes: the maximum weight index of bench press was 1.48 kg higher in the control group than in the experimental group,and 1.6 more in the experimental group than in the control group.Comparison of waist and abdomen strength quality indexes: the experimental group increased by 4.30 more than the control group,and the experimental group increased by2.5 more than the control group.2.After 12 weeks of experiment,the comparison of endurance quality index,flexibility quality index and sensitive quality index between the control group and the experimental group showed that the 1000 m index of the experimental group was 0.78 seconds higher thanthat of the control group,the sitting body forward flexion index of the experimental group was 1.14 centimeters higher than that of the control group,and the 30-second push-up index of the experimental group was 1.61 seconds higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both core strength training and traditional strength training have improved the special physical quality of dragon boat athletes.2.The development of college students' dragon boat athletes' strength quality has its own emphasis.Core strength training is conducive to the development of strength and endurance quality,while traditional strength training is conducive to the development of maximum strength quality.3.It is more targeted to develop the core strength training of sensitive quality and flexible quality of college students' dragon boat athletes,and there is not much difference between them in developing the endurance quality of college students' dragon boat athletes.
