Casework Intervention Research On Anxiety Of Young And Middle-Aged Left-Behind Truck Driver’s Wife

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the logistics and transportation industry has also ushered in an unprecedented period of vigorous development.Truck drivers,which are an indispensable part of the logistics and transportation industry,and more and more truck drivers are entering the industry.Male truck drivers need to be on the road all the time due to the special nature of the industry.Therefore,most wives will stay at home as well as responsible for the overall arrangement of family daily affairs.In particular,the young and middle-aged truck driver’s wife are more likely to have anxiety when faced with multiple life problems and work stress.At the same time,it will directly affect the work emotion of truck drivers,which in turn will also bring adverse effects on the country and society.Therefore,the emotion swings of truck drivers and their families have become a focus of attention.It is great significance to pay attention to the anxiety of individuals and relieve their pressure.Based on this,this thesis intends to intervene the anxiety of zhang Lu(pseudonym),a typical middle-aged and young left-behind truck driver’s wife in T village,G County.In short,through case study propose solutions and countermeasures to help them establish a good emotional state and social communication mode.It is found that individual anxiety is closely related to social interaction situation by needs assessment.Therefore,the social workers mainly uses the theory of social support and theory of superior perspective to help the young and middle-aged left-behind truck driver’s wife establish self-confidence in life as well as have a virtuous circle of interpersonal relationships.Also,based on the results of this investigation and the research experience at home and abroad,we can explore and solve the deep causes of group anxiety so that improving the happiness of the truck driver’s wife in life and the stability index of the truck driver’s family.Ultimately,in order to promote the orderly development of truck drivers “the rear stability maintenance” work in the logistics system,further enhance the long-term sustainability of the development of logistics industry in China,so that the logistics and transportation industry upward and stable development.
