Research On Truck Inspection And Credit Evaluation Of Highways In Guangdong Province

In the face of the behavior of trucks escaping the tolls,the highway operation and maintenance company in Guangdong still adopts the manual inspection mode.Moreover,due to the inefficiency of auditing and the low coverage rate,how to effectively solve these problems is a challenge that Guangdong Provincial Expressway Operation and Maintenance Company must face.Moreover,Guangdong has implemented the “one network” network charging in recent years,which greatly increased the temptation of the economic benefits of truck drivers,which has led to the increasingly serious behavior of taxis escaping through highways in Guangdong Province.Secondly,for the vehicles that evade the tolls,the Guangdong Provincial Expressway Operation and Management Company only lists them in the blacklist or graylist,and then removes the blacklist after the company has escaped the expenses.In order to improve the existing problems,this paper proposes an auditing model for freight elevators in Guangdong Province based on the logistics regression model.At the same time,in order to improve the integrity management system of expressways,the evaluation model of truck credits is established.This paper first analyzes the abnormal export flow of highway trucks in Guangdong Province,analyzes and screens the characteristic attributes that are significantly affected by the escaping pass-through cost,and then uses the SMOTE algorithm to balance the sample data according to the distribution characteristics of the sample data.It is applied to the logistics regression model,and then the model is empirically analyzed.At the same time,the vehicle traffic data of the highway data warehouse in Guangdong Province is used to adopt the historical traffic behavior of the vehicle,including escaping,overspeed,overweight,frequency of use,and payment.The situation is analyzed and analyzed as the evaluation index of vehicle integrity.At the same time,their respective penalty multipliers are calculated.Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation model of truck credit is established to quantify the credit of the vehicle.At the end of this paper,the export anomaly data of some trucks is selected to empirically analyze the logistics model.The results show that the accuracy of the model is76.53%,which can greatly improve the inspection efficiency,and proves that the model'saudit function has certain effectiveness.The historical traffic data of some vehicles is included in the credit evaluation model of the vehicle.The results show that the output credit score of the model is reasonable and conforms to the actual situation.
