Since the 2016 "Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the National Fitness Plan(2016-2020)",it has been clearly pointed out that it is necessary to promote the Chinese sports spirit,explore and inherit traditional sports culture,and give full play to the role of regional cultural heritage.Since then,there has been a wave of excavating and inheriting excellent traditional culture in China.Chinese martial arts is a treasure in the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,and Shaolin martial arts occupies an indispensable position in the entire Chinese traditional martial arts and has its regional characteristics in Henan.With the development and publication of "The Shaolin Gongfu Series Courses",the development of Shaolin Gongfu has been pushed to a new height again.School is one of the important ways to promote Shaolin Gongfu and Shaolin Gongfu is also a high-quality education carrier for students.Therefore,there is an urgent need to construct a scientific,hierarchical,interesting,efficient,and universal teaching content system of Shaolin Gongfu system technology in elementary and middle schools,and to explore the way that Shaolin Gongfu system and elementary and middle school physical education fit together.This research takes the teaching content of Shaolin Gongfu system technique in primary and secondary schools as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,observation method,expert interview method,and logical analysis method,and is guided by the theoretical basis of the design of Shaolin Gongfu system technique teaching content in primary and secondary schools.,Preliminary formulation of the teaching content framework of Shaolin Gongfu system skills in primary and secondary schools After that,the content is divided into sections and levels,and multiple rounds of expert surveys are carried out.According to the collation and analysis of expert opinions,the teaching content is continuously optimized to stabilize and unify the content recognition.This study determined the theoretical basis for the design of Shaolin Gongfu system technique teaching content in primary and secondary schools from three aspects: the national policy guidance,the basic guiding ideology of martial arts teaching content design,and the connotation of the Shaolin Gongfu system.In terms of national policy guidance,the requirements of martial arts teaching content in the "Sports and Health Curriculum Standards" are implemented in the practice link of Shaolin Gongfu Technical teaching content design.The research believes that the design of teaching content should be constructed stepwise,that is,basic Actions→combined actions→wushu routines→dual exercises→more difficult routines and dual exercises.In terms of the basic guiding ideology of martial arts teaching content design,according to my country’s current sports ideology,the design of the teaching content of Shaolin Gongfu system technique in primary and secondary schools should conform to the principles of integrated construction,interest-oriented principles,scientific principles and healthy principles.In terms of the connotation of the Shaolin Gongfu system,according to the system,the seven sections of the Shaolin Gongfu system technical teaching content in primary and secondary schools have been determined,namely:basic form exercises,exercises,combined exercises,interactive exercises,routine exercises,fighting exercises,Cudgel practice.In the practical part of the design of the teaching content of Shaolin Gongfu in elementary and middle schools,this study believes that the teaching content of Shaolin Gongfu in primary schools should be based on exercises,combination exercises,and simple routine exercises.The proportion of interactive exercises can be increased in the upper grades.The emphasis is on using Shaolin Gongfu as a means to improve students’ physical development.The meaning of martial arts in Shaolin Gongfu is only for theoretical and technical training,and the level of practical martial arts is not too high.In laying the foundation,stimulate interest.The teaching content of Shaolin Gongfu at the middle school stage should include exercises,single exercises,moves exercises,paired exercises,and the introduction of cudgel exercises and martial arts exercises.The emphasis is on cultivating students’ offensive and defensive skills,and practice their skills on the basis of elementary school.The focus is on providing technology and applying what you have learned.
