Research On Performance Evaluation Of Special Financial Funds In Colleges

In order to further promote the development of higher education,how to guide the development of higher education has become a key concern of the state.As the amount and proportion of special funds invested in university finance increase year by year,the focus of attention is on how to use them.So more and more experts and scholars have begun to study the efficiency of the special funds of university finance.The research on how to carry out effective performance evaluation and how to construct a comprehensive and operable performance evaluation system is of great practical significance to improve the utilization efficiency of financial special funds.So far,domestic and foreign experts have done a lot of research on the performance evaluation of financial special funds in colleges and universities,but in practice,the performance management of most colleges and universities is not very high.Based on this research background,this paper focuses on the problems to be paid attention to in the performance evaluation of key discipline construction projects in H universities through case analysis,a series of strategies to improve the performance assessment level of the special fund for key discipline construction are formulated.First,based on the existing research results on this subject in domestic and foreign academic circles,this paper combs and summarizes the concepts of special funds,performance evaluation and performance evaluation,and clarifies the relevant theories.Secondly,according to the strategic orientation of performance evaluation,considering the principles of scientific ness,comprehensiveness and operability,combined with the characteristics of financial special funds,this paper introduces the relevant data of financial special funds for key disciplines into the performance evaluation system,analyzes the results of performance evaluation and puts forward some suggestions.This paper analyzes and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the current performance evaluation process,and formulated a number of measures conducive to the improvement of the performance assessment level of the special fund for the construction of key disciplines.so as to have some guiding significance for the development of special funds for key discipline construction and improve the efficiency of the use of special funds for finance.Based on the analysis of actual cases of performance evaluation of special funds for key Discipline construction in H Universities,this paper analyzes the problems to be paid attention to in the performance evaluation of the special funds for the construction of key disciplines,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the performance evaluation of the special funds for the construction of key disciplines.At the same time,it provides a reference for the performance evaluation of financial special funds in colleges and universities,and improves the efficiency of financial special funds.
