Relevant reports predict that China will enter an aging society around 2022,while China’s pension resources are limited and the pension industry is in crisis.With the development of economy and technology and the introduction of advanced foreign pension models,as well as the social background of home-based pensions,the “time bank” pension model has been rapidly developed and applied with the advantages of low cost and security.This research attempts to analyze various types of human resources from the perspective of human resources,so that they can be closely integrated with the "Time Bank" pension platform to provide richer and higher-quality pension services.In addition,in the context of the lack of pension resources,we should look for possibilities and methods to attract more human resources to join the "Time Bank" pension platform.Firstly,the literature research method is carried out on the related research on pension human resources of "time bank",so as to understand the current situation and clarify the development context.Secondly,it sorts out and analyzes the related old-age human resources in the "time bank".During the period,do a good job in the research work of relevant personnel,use interviews and other methods to understand the actual needs and find practical problems.Then,along with the clear design orientation,the stakeholder model and user experience theory are supplemented in a targeted manner to realize the design and improvement of the relationship between "time bank" and pension human resources.Finally,draw lessons from relevant designs,and finally produce designs through prototype verification,feasibility testing,etc.After sorting out,the research found that there are very rich types of related pension human resources in the "Time Bank",which can be divided into children,relatives and friends,caregivers,community workers,platform workers,medical care and so on.However,the research only distinguishes groups based on the ability to provide elderly care services,ignoring the differences in social and occupational attributes of each type of human resources,such as differences in professional background,degree of interest relationship with elderly care users,and salary measurement system,which makes these elderly care resources different.The organic integration of human resources and the "time bank" pension platform is difficult.In general,the optimization and design of the "Time Bank" pension platform from the perspective of human resources is a relatively innovative measure.It helps to build a complete pension human resources value network in breadth,and excavates in depth other than young volunteers.Young and middle-aged social volunteer groups.
