On December 27,2015,the 18 th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12 th National People’s Congress of the Fire Society adopted a decision to amend the Population and Family Planning Law of the People’s Republic of China.The revised Family Planning Law clearly states that a couple should have two children,and it will come into effect on January 1,2016.Although women in China are highly independent,having a second child may still hinder career development.At some point,it is necessary to make a trade-off and concentrate more on the family.This has resulted in a low level of engagement among female employees with two children.Highly dedicated female human resources will be passionate and enthusiastic about work and efficiently accomplish their tasks.Based on the theory of labor market segmentation in the study of women’s human resources and the theory of family production in the investment of women’s human capital and the distribution of time,and combined with the theoretical knowledge of domestic and foreign scholars and management consultants on the concept,influencing factors,measurement and dimensions of employee engagement,this paper analyzes the women in banking industry under the two-child policy.At the same time,the employee engagement questionnaire compiled by Saks was used to investigate the bank employees.Through SPSSAU software reliability,validity,variance,descriptive analysis and other statistical methods,it is found that women’s human resource engagement in banking industry is affected by multiple factors,in addition to the challenging and interesting nature of the work itself can make women’s human resources have a positive desire for work,the work environment such as management.The means,rewards and interpersonal relationships will also have a certain impact on the environment.From this point of view,we can fully perceive the psychological demands of the second-child women’s human resources in the banking industry,and put forward some suggestions and opinions on banking industry put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
