| The second session of the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee for the first time put forward a new concept of development,taking coordination as a phased development goal.As the basic cell of economy,it is very important for enterprises to realize coupling and coordinated development.Later,the fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that China has shifted to a stage of high-quality development,and we should adhere to the new development concept to promote efficiency reform and achieve more efficient and coordinated development.Paying attention to the coupling and coordinated development of enterprise efficiency not only responds to the call of national policy,but also helps to improve the management consciousness and management ability of individual enterprises.In recent years,the status of women in enterprise management in China is getting higher and higher,and the management value of female executives has been widely concerned by the academic circle.Therefore,the paper firstly constructs the input-output index system from the dimensions of operation,innovation and social responsibility,and uses SBM-Malmquist index model to measure and analyze the level and changing trend of enterprise operation efficiency,innovation efficiency and social responsibility efficiency.Secondly,referring to the weight assignment in previous literatures,the coupling coordination degree model is constructed to measure the coupling coordination degree of enterprise efficiency,and the coordination situation and coordination level distribution of sample enterprises are judged and analyzed.Finally,a variable system is constructed.Based on organizational commitment theory,social role theory and feminist care ethics,balanced panel data model is used to study the impact of female executives on the coupling and coordinated development of corporate efficiency.The results show that :(1)The proportion of female executives has a significant positive impact on the coupling and coordinated development of corporate efficiency.(2)Female executive tenure has a negative impact on the coupling and coordinated development of corporate efficiency.(3)Older and better-educated female executives have a more significant effect on the coupling and coordinated development of corporate efficiency.(4)The proportion of female executives with management background has a positive effect on the coupling and coordinated development of enterprise efficiency.The conclusions enrich the existing research on the coupling and coordinated development of female executives and corporate efficiency.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,providing theoretical reference for enterprises to update their development concept,establish a comprehensive efficiency evaluation system,realize the overall coordinated development and make scientific personnel decisions. |
