| The COVID-19 has swept the world, offline learning has been hindered, and people are increasingly accepting mobile learning methods. The number of downloads of mobile learning applications has surged from about 50,000 before the epidemic to 250,000,indicating that due to the epidemic, users’ attention to mobile learning methods has increased significantly.Through the research,it is found that users need more self-learning demands than listening to lectures, and the user’s self-learning scenarios are not systematically considered, which affects the user’s learning efficiency and the user experience quality of mobile learning software. This paper is based on the "Human-Computer Interaction Cognition Model" in psychology and the "Double Diamond Design Rule" in design, and conducts research with empirical analysis method.Conduct observational research and dialogue interviews with users aged 18 to 35,describe user portraits, summarize self-learning goals, and summarize functions and interaction design methods for self-learning scenarios.Through the research in this paper,it is expected to help users learn efficiently, systematically,at any time, and autonomously. The test results of the mobile learning application product show that the user’s self-learning efficiency is significantly improved, indicating that satisfying the self-learning needs is of great help to the user experience of the mobile learning application. |
