Nowadays, all countries in the world regard developing the learners’ability to solve problems as one of the important targets in basiceducation. In the "National Program for Medium and Long-TermEducational Reform and Development(2010-2020)", our country clearlystated that improving students’ ability to solve problems is one of themain themes in educational reform and development. In the reformprogram, it stated that educational reform must face all student, promotestudent overall development, strive to improve the social responsibilitythat students service national and service people, cultivate the spirit ofinnovation and the courage to explore, train the practical ability to solveproblems. Meanwile, the reform program also encourages students’ activelearning and independent study by means of information technology, itasks for students enhance the ability to analysis and solve problems viainformation technology way. From the learning objectives classificationperspective, developing the ability to solve problems is one kind of deeplearning in essence.Along with information technology’s promotion and popularization in education, how to promote learners’ deep learning bymeans of new information technology way is becoming hot topic. This research aims at the current situation and problems in primaryschool information technology education, designing the new pathway thatutilizing interactive ePortfolios to support deep learning. It states thetechnical design and teaching application model of interactive ePortfoliosfor deep learning. Meanwile, it uses action research methods to explorethe effect and influence about interactive ePortfolios for deep learning. Itsmain sections as follows:The first part, introductions. It aims at the current problems inprimary school information technology teaching to determine researchcontents, research method, innovation and research meaning of the thesis. The second part, in deep learning’s field of vision to see interactiveePortfolios. It summarizes the research status at home and abroad of deeplearning. It presents eight essential characteristic of deep learning. Itstates the relationship between deep learning and Anderson’s Taxonomyof Educational Objectives. Meanwile, it introduces the developmentprocess of ePortfolios and the appearence of interactive ePortfolios. Thenit applies constructivism and distributed cognitive theory to explain thetheoretical basis that interactive ePortfolios for deep learning. The third part, the designing and development of interactiveePortfolios for deep learning. It ascertains main composition and structure of interactive ePortfolios by means of demand analysis. And it realizescritical technology to some key module of interactive ePortfolios, such as"user management module, evaluation and interaction module, forummanagement module".The fourth part, the teaching application that interactive ePortfoliosfor deep learning. It analyses the important role that interactive ePortfoliosfor deep learning by means of interactive ePortfolios’ functionalperspective. And it also presents the specific application model andimplementation strategy that interactive ePortfolios for deep learning. The fifth part, the educational action research to interactiveePortfolios for deep learning.According to the scheduled performancemodel, it carries out teaching practice which take advantage ofinformation technology curriculum in an elementary school for eighteenweeks. And it attempts to checkout the application effects that interactiveePortfolios for deep learning by means of the teaching practice. Finally, it summarizes the research achievement, lacks of theresearch and prospects for future research.
