Research On The Education Of Labor Values Of College Students In The New Era

Labor is the source of all happiness.As the core content of labor education in the new era,college students’ labor values directly affect the labor consciousness,labor concept and labor value choice of socialist builders and successors.With the deepening of the development of socialist education in China,the education of labor values is also an essential part of the theoretical teaching of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Positive and correct labor values help college students adapt to the needs of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,and promote the free and all-round development of college students.Nevertheless,as China’s economy booms and the progress of social consciousness,people pay more and more attention to the cultivation of their own quality.At present,the employment environment is complex,college students have great pressure and weak bearing capacity,and they will show wrong values such as not wanting to work and despise work.Therefore,in the face of higher requirements and arduous challenges for talent quality in the new era,educating contemporary Chinese college students to establish correct labor values has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.The article is divided into two parts: introduction and body.The introduction expounds the research background of College Students’ Labor Values Education in the new era,explores the research purpose and significance,and enriches the connotation of labor values and research innovation by combing the achievements of relevant scholars’ works at home and abroad.The text discusses the related concepts of College Students’ labor values in the new era.This paper expounds the great significance of College Students’ Labor Values Education in the new era from the two dimensions of "theory" and "practice".Through the data of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of College Students’ Labor Values Education in the new era,summarizes the problems such as college students’ contempt for manual labor and manual workers,lack of college education mechanism,single content and form,excessive family care,deprivation of children’s labor opportunities,imperfect social supervision and evaluation system,and makes a cause analysis.Facing the problems of labor values,this paper puts forward targeted measures to strengthen the theoretical education of College Students’ personal labor values from the synergy of individual,society,colleges and families;Ensure the implementation of resource Labor Values Education in Colleges and universities;Families practice labor values in words and deeds and create an atmosphere of social support for labor values education.Through the efforts of all parties,college students arm their minds with labor values,devote themselves to labor practice,and become new people of the times who shoulder the great task of national rejuvenation.
