Group Work Involved In The Study Of Negative Emotions Of The Elderly In Private Nursing Homes In Underdeveloped Areas

At present,our country turns from mild aging society to moderate aging society.We will make a separate list of "aging population" and implement a national strategy to actively respond to the aging population.Guangdong province is faced with the problems of big gap between urban economic and social development and negative correlation between aging population and economic development level.So far,no scholars have conducted in-depth practical research on the combination of emotional problems of the elderly with the development of social work in underdeveloped areas and private pension.This paper studies the emotional problems of the elderly in an ordinary private nursing home in Meizhou city of Guangdong Province,an underdeveloped area where the proportion of the elderly population over 65 years old is 14.4% and the per capita GDP is just over30,000 yuan,and helps and interventions through group social work.It is an important response to the social problem that the proportion of elderly population in underdeveloped areas of China is generally high and social work professionals are generally lacking.Based on the EMOTION ABC theory,this paper mainly conducts investigation and research through participatory observation,in-depth interview and questionnaire survey.The research objects include not only the elderly in nursing homes,but also the staff of relevant departments of the Civil Affairs Bureau and social workers.The research method is scientific to a certain extent.This paper also focuses on the negative emotions of the elderly in private nursing homes.Through the "Sunshine Mentality,Health Accompanying" emotional treatment group,the elderly in C nursing home are involved in the process of emotional problems,improving their physical,psychological and social relations,so that they can work in the small society of nursing homes.Re-understanding negative emotions,ensuring a healthy lifestyle,constructing internal and external social support,and improving the self-efficacy of the elderly in private nursing homes also provide some ideas and methods for less developed areas to actively and effectively cope with population aging.
