With the change of times,China has entered in an aging society.The old-age care model comes into being and has become a product of the development of the times.The quality of work of nursing home workers directly determines the degree of happiness in the old age of nursing home.Through the field study,the author found that there is a great deal of mental stress.The tremendous mental stress has seriously affected the nursing workers 'work and life.In order to improve the quality of life of the elderly nursing home and improve the working status of nursing workers,the author tries to use group working methods to help nursing workers relieve mental stress.This attempt not only helps to make up the shortage in the professional development of nursing workers in our country,but also enriches the working methods to relieve the stress of nursing workers.It is also of great significance to the development of social work in the field of nursing workers.This paper aims to study the current situation of stress of nursing workers,analyze the reasons of these conditions,and understand the effect of social work on stress of nursing workers by examining the practical process.Based on the group social work carried out in the practice of professional social work in Y Pension Institution of Z City,the paper focuses on the nursing staff of Y Pension Institution of Z City and relies on social support theory and social learning theory.Research on the stress of nursing home carers is carried out by means of literature studies and field studies.The aim is to help nursing workers relieve stress.Through the study,it is found that nurses generally have great mental stress.There are many kinds of specific performances.The most common ones are the loss of enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work and the loss of patience for the elderly.The reasons for the high stress of nursing workers are also diverse.Cognitive bias and low income are the reasons for the high stress of nursing workers,but the main reason is the lack of social support networks.Nursing workers who lack social support networks within the care workers are vulnerable to exclusion by other carers,work inefficiency,and work difficulties.Carers who lacksocial support networks in their families tend to lose enthusiasm for life and work without initiative.Based on the cause of the stress of nursing workers,the author designed five group activities aimed at helping nursing workers relieve the stress.The first group event helped carers find their own source of stress.The second group activity carers shared their stress resistance skills with each other under the leadership of social workers.During the sharing process,the nurses 'expression skills were exercised and the feelings of the team members were deepened.The third group activity social workers designed a fun small theater link to allow carers to flexibly apply the pressure resistance skills acquired to their own scene dramas through their own understanding.This link exercises the ability of carers to cooperate with each other to complete the task.The fourth group of activities social workers invited nursing experts for nursing workers to answer many problems in their work and life,and improved the cognitive bias of nursing workers.The last section of the group is based on the theme of gratitude,awakening carers to more sense of responsibility.Through the participation of five teams,the mental stress of the team members was significantly relieved.The research conclusion of the paper is that using group social work method to intervene in nursing workers 'lives,by changing nursing workers' cognitive bias,strengthening nursing workers 'social support network,and expanding the professional skills of nursing workers,can ease the stress of nursing workers.
