Research On Case Work For Deviance Juvenile

Teenagers are the Reserve Force in the National Development,and their physical and mental development and stability are concerned by all sectors of society.During the growth period of teenagers,they feel the pressure from schools and parents.Moreover,at this stage,teenagers have not formed mature and sound outlook on life,values,thinking and logical way,some young people are unable to take appropriate measures to face and solve the problems and challenges arising from their own development stage,which leads to frustration among young people and reduces their self-confidence and enthusiasm in solving the problems,in order to take more extreme behavior to deal with the pressure and challenges,such as addicted to online games,truancy,fighting,depression or suicide teenagers,such as deviant behavior and deviant behavior.If these deviant teenagers do not get timely intervention and guidance,the period back to a normal and healthy life,their deviant behavior will become more and more serious,or even to the road of crime.Therefore how carries on the intervention obviously to the deviant behavior youth is particularly important.Under the guidance of resilience theory and with the case work of one of the three major professional techniques of social work,this paper makes a practical exploration and research on the deviant behavior of youth in B street in Guangzhou,focus on the problem of juvenile deviant behavior,focusing on the interaction between the juvenile and the surrounding environment system.At the same time,based on the perspective of resilience theory,this paper explores the role of resilience in the process of the generation of adolescents’ deviant behavior,and the role of adolescents’ internal and external protective factors in their handling of the current state,it also analyzes the difficulties in the case intervention and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide beneficial exploration on the intervention of social work in adolescent deviant behavior and promote the healthy growth of adolescents.Through the case intervention analysis of the deviant behavior of the youth in the B street in Guangzhou City,in order to correctly guide the youth to understand their own behavior and the results brought about by their behavior,and to enhance the youth’s ability to solve their own problems,we will continue to give full play to the positive role of young people’s internal protective factors and strengthen the support of young people’s external protective factors,so as to provide continuous impetus to the internal protective factors and encourage young people to actively interact with the external protective factors,to mobilize the vitality of the external protective factors of adolescents to change their deviant behavior.Social workers need to take on the role of supporters,advocates,coordinators.In the process of practical intervention,after the practical study,the individual case in their own emotional control,family support and positive family interaction have changed,research intervention has a certain effect.However,in the case work practice,the intervention of social work will inevitably face the challenges from the inner strength of the youth,family support,which needs social work to discuss and seek a breakthrough in further research and practice.
