Research On Urban Public Services Evaluation System Construction And Promotion Strategy Of Large-Scale Stadiums In Guangzhou

Urban public services,an important part of government public services,can reflect the ruling ability and efficiency of the government.large-scale sports venues are also important public facilities for urban public services,which provide an important material carrier for urban residents to participate in leisure sports activities and ensure their health.The construction of the index system for urban public services of large-scale sports venues can provide compliance for relevant functional departments and venue operators in public services and provide more objective and correct measurement for relevant evaluation subjects,so as to carry out more targeted work,improve the service benefits of venues and give full play to the multiple functions of venues.The survey found that some large-scale stadiums in Guangzhou failed to clarify the positioning and direction of venue services in carrying out urban public services,resulting in less optimistic management benefits.Based on this,the research focuses on building a relatively complete urban public service evaluation system of large-scale sports venues,in order to improve the urban public service capacity of relevant departments and provide better services for people.Based on the research methods of literature,field investigation,expert interview and analytic hierarchy process,and the new public service theory and sustainable development theory,combined with the function of large-scale sports venues,the paper built the evaluation index system of urban public services of large-scale sports venues in Guangzhou.The research contents are as follows:Constructing the elements and indicators of urban public services of large-scale sports venues in Guangzhou.The urban public services of large-scale sports venues in Guangzhou can be classified into five parts: fitness and leisure,competition performance,popular science education,health and safety and landscape ecology.These five elements can be further divided into 19 elements: sports facilities,mass sports activities,physical fitness monitoring,convention and exhibition activities,sports training,sporting events,artistic and sports performances,viewing and broadcasting of the sports games,sports lectures and activities,public sports training,public education campaigns,medical care and epidemic prevention,public safety,secure and fire control facilities,equipment maintenance,Landscape construction,energy saving of building materials,road planning and traffic guidance,surrounding environmental governance.Construction of urban public service index evaluation system for large-scale sports venues in Guangzhou.The research adopts both of qualitative and quantitative methods: expert consultation is carried out through the questionnaire and interview(the qualitative method).Through the analytic hierarchy process in the quantitative method,experts are invited to assign values to the indicators by using the 1-9 scale method,determine the weight of each indicator,and rank the indicators.Strategies for improving urban public services of large-scale sports venues in Guangzhou.It mainly includes: to formulate relevant laws,regulations and policies of sports;to deepen the educational significance of large-scale stadiums;to ensure the safety of venues and give full play to multiple functions;to integrate and depend on new high technologies;to form a city alliance and to create a sports sevice complex.The realization of high-quality urbanization requires an excellent urban public services.After undertaking sports events,large-scale urban stadiums,operated and served by government functional departments,sports departments and urban management departments,undertaking the important task of providing sports public services.At the new historical starting point,the large-scale stadiums should comply with the requirements of the times,stand on the new contemporary and international situation,and give full play to the benefits of itself.In the new era,large stadiums should become the central link of promoting national fitness services.At the same time,they should coordinate sports,culture,health,ecology and other aspects to achieve the all-round development of stadiums.The construction of urban public service index evaluation system can provide a basis for evaluating the comprehensive services of large stadiums.The research results are of great significance to the improvement of urban public services of venues,and can provide decision-making reference for relevant functional departments.
