In March 2015,the State Council released the "Overall Plan for the Reform and Development of China's Football," and pointed out in the plan that reform should be made to promote the development of campus football.Campus football is an important part of our football career.Campus football teachers play a crucial role in the development of campus football.To develop all-round campus football needs to greatly expand the teaching staff.The main means of expanding teachers at this stage is to train physical education teachers in schools.Only a few external football teachers can hardly meet the needs of the development of campus football through short-term training.In order to develop campus football better,the professional development of campus football teachers will become the future development trend.The level of competency of school football teachers directly affects the development of campus football.Therefore,it is necessary for us to explore the ability of the next excellent campus football teacher.Through the above analysis of the status quo,this article takes college football teachers as the research object,using the literature method to extract the competency of campus football teachers in the literature,a total of 36.Using behavioral event interviews to obtain excellent campus football teachers competency elements,a total of 29.Then the competencies obtained by the two methods are summarized,a total of 28 competency elements are obtained,and all the competency elements are defined.Weaving these Competency Elements into a "Questionnaire on the Importance of Competency Elements for School Football Teachers",we investigated the importance of these Competency Elements,and retained the Competency Elements with average scores of "more important","important" and "very important".As a result,the average scores of all competency elements are above the level of "more important",and these 28 competency characteristics initially form the competency dictionary of school football teachers.Then all the competency characteristics of behavioral description compiled into "self-assessment questionnaire on the competence of football teachers in campus",through the questionnaire on campus football teachers,using SPSS.20 for analysis,the first correlation analysis of the data has been verified Questionnaire reliability of the title of the question,the results show that all the subjects have a good discriminating power;in order to be outstanding campus football teacher performance competency extracted from the excellent group and the general group conducted a T test,the results show that by 27 There are significant differences between the two items,belonging to 14 competency characteristics,with significant differences for the excellent campus football teacher competency,there is no significant difference for qualified campus football teachers competency.Exploratory factor analysis was made on 27 items with significant differences.Both KMO value and Bartlett's sphere test showed that the data were suitable for factor analysis.The principal component analysis established the competency model of school football teachers.The model has motivation and Action,Cognitive Ability,Personal Traits,Business Competence,and Five Dimensions of Influencing Others.Motivation and ability to act include achievement orientation,initiative,information acquisition ability;cognitive ability includes analytical thinking,conceptual thinking,professional knowledge;personal characteristics including self-control,flexibility;business ability including teaching ability,led training capacity,competition Command ability;influence others,including influence,relationship establishment,train students.Finally,the model was verified by factor analysis shows that the reliability and validity of the model are good,indicating that the model is effective.The main research structure of this paper is as follows:The first part is the foreword.This part mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research objects and methods,research ideas and innovations.The second part is the definition of theoretical basis and related concepts.The part of the first competency,competency model and the construction of the model and verification methods are described,which is the theoretical basis of this study;this part will also be the campus football teacher And campus football coaches were identified and defined the campus football teachers in this study competency,competency model,high school soccer teacher performance standards.The third part is a literature review.Through the research on the competency of teachers at home and abroad,the research process and main research results of teachers' competency are summarized.The research on competency in the field of sports is also provided for the follow-up work Research and theoretical background.The fourth part is the result and the analysis,which is the main part of this study.This part discusses the whole process of the model and verification of the competency of campus football teachers.It includes the collection and arrangement of competence factors of the football teachers in campus,the compilation of questionnaires,Processing and so on.The fifth part is the conclusion and the prospect.This part mainly summarizes the research results and the deficiencies in this study.
