Reseaech On Group Work Intervention In Rural Women’s Employment Skills Improvement

In the report to the 19 th CPC National Congress,the central government put forward the rural revitalization strategy.A large number of rural male labor force out of the employment,resulting in women become an important force for rural revitalization.The realization of employment is an important channel for rural women to participate in rural revitalization,but the survey found that rural women have various difficulties in employment,such as low education level,weak awareness of employment;Lack of confidence in employment,inferiority;Lack of employment skills,low family status;Lack of access to employment,employment information is not free.These difficulties become obstacles to women’s employment and self-development.The study is based on the intangible cultural Heritage grass weaving project in A village,taking rural women in A village as the research object.Through 114 questionnaires and 20 women’s interview data,the current employment situation of rural women in A village is understood,and the employment dilemma and demand status of rural women are analyzed.Through the demand assessment,it is found that women in village A need to popularize employment policy and establish employment concept.Expanding employment channels and providing employment posts;The need to correct self-cognition and cultivate employment confidence;The need to acquire skills to increase family income.In view of the above difficulties and needs,under the guidance of the empowerment theory,this study makes targeted social work group service plans to improve their employment skills.Group activities were carried out in three stages and eight activities respectively.On the basis of changing employment awareness and establishing self-confidence,rural women were able to master straw weaving skills,promote employment,help them overcome subjective and objective obstacles and improve their employment skills.Finally,this paper summarizes and reflects on the group work intervention research of rural women’s employment skills improvement,and provides feasible suggestions for promoting rural women’s own development,realizing ability improvement and income increase on the basis of improving the effectiveness of rural women’s employment ability improvement.
