Practical Dilemma And Mechanism Construction Of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Ability Training

At this stage,China implements the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" high-quality talent employment policy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.The employment mode of college students is mainly self employment and self entrepreneurship.With the continuous transformation of economy and society and the complex development of higher education,the employment situation of college students is more severe.The strategic policy of entrepreneurship to promote employment provides new ideas to alleviate the employment pressure of college students.Improving college students’ entrepreneurial ability and improving the cultivation mechanism of College Students’ entrepreneurial ability have not only become the objective needs of economic and social development,but also increasingly become the strong subjective needs of college students to improve their comprehensive quality and improve their living conditions.Taking college students as the research sample,this paper designs a questionnaire from the aspects of College Students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial education perception,policy support and entrepreneurial intention,investigates the current situation of College Students’ entrepreneurial ability training,and statistically analyzes the collected data results,It is found that there are the following problems in the cultivation of College Students’ entrepreneurial ability at this stage: College Students’ weak entrepreneurial consciousness,low level of entrepreneurial self-efficacy,lack of entrepreneurial practice links,and imperfect innovation and entrepreneurship education system in Colleges and universities.Combined with the survey results,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the cultivation of College Students’ entrepreneurial ability from four aspects: family factors,social factors,school factors and students themselves,These problems not only have a direct impact on the cultivation of talents in Colleges and universities,but also have an indirect impact on the development of China’s social economy.On the basis of literature review,investigation and analysis,taking synergy theory,human modernization theory and professional competence theory as the value orientation,this paper puts forward micro actions to promote the development of College Students’ entrepreneurial ability,and defines the government,colleges and universities The role of society in college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education activities,build a three-dimensional,organic integration and collaborative entrepreneurship training mechanism for college students,and build a synergy mechanism between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship culture,material resources and policies and systems through the implementation of countermeasures and suggestions guaranteed by national policies,supported by entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and supported by school enterprise platforms,and in coordination with the three major responsibility subjects of the government,colleges and universities and society,The establishment of a cooperative mechanism for the cultivation of College Students’ entrepreneurial ability is expected to be of value to the development and reform of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new era.
