A Study On Willingness Of Rural Higher Vocational College Students To Return Home To Start A Business

“Entrepreneurship” is an important carrier to transform science and technology into productivity.As the major technological entrepreneurship group,university students play an important role in boosting China's economic development.Along with acceleration of rural construction,employment resources are enriching and the consumption market is expanding in rural areas.Return of higher vocational college graduates to rural areas to start businesses can promote economic development of rural economy.In fact,rural areas have also created favorable entrepreneurship space and market opportunities for these students.Since entrepreneurship behaviors are decided by entrepreneurial intention,a scientific research into entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational college graduates from rural areas can help explore critical influencing factors and find out targeted measures to strengthen entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational college graduates.Papers to rural students in higher vocational colleges in hunan province as the research object,first of all,using the macro data to hunan province rural vocational colleges student returning to the descriptive statistics and analysis,points out that the rural students in higher vocational colleges a returning to the situation.Secondly,the thesis according to the hunan province rural vocational colleges student returning to micro data,affecting rural vocational colleges student returning to the factors of bivariate regression model is established,according to the analysis results of the regression model higher vocational colleges affecting rural student returning to factors,several reasonable countermeasures against these problems,provides reference for the related units and research departments.The research conclusion of this article are:(1)rural vocational college student returning home entrepreneurship obvious advantages,the main advantages are: technical advantages,geographical advantages,and advantages of social resources.(2)the rural vocational college student home business there are some problems,mainly include: student entrepreneurship deficiency,family environment have bigger influence on the entrepreneurial intention;Education,the school,has a low importance,unreasonable enterprise curriculum system,unsuitable rural economic development,and lack of interaction with rural areas.The government policy is difficult to land,and the supporting measures for services are incomplete.Entrepreneurial atmosphere were some higher vocational colleges.(3)the countryside student returning to mainly by individual characteristics,family characteristics,environmental awareness,self-efficacy perceptions as well as the influence of such factors as entrepreneurial motivation.This paper puts forward Suggestions on the four aspects of entrepreneurs,schools,goverrnment and rural social environment.
