To promote the development of education,it is the duty and duty of vocational colleges to train more high-quality and high-quality talents for the society.The modern apprenticeship system combines the traditional apprenticeship with the modern professional education in combination with the new era background,and the new talent cultivation mode of the university-enterprise "double body" is coordinated.It is in line with the development trend of the society and the cultivation of more suitable talents for the society.This study through literature,questionnaire and interview three pilot modern apprentice system in higher vocational colleges is analyzed the present situation of the personnel training mode,the specific implementation measures and implementation effect,summarizes the modern apprenticeship training problems that exist in the implementation process and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part includes the background of topic selection,questions,research objectives,research methods,research significance,domestic and foreign literature review,conceptual definition and theoretical basis.The second part is the current situation investigation and analysis of the training mode of modern apprenticeship in three pilot colleges.The third part analyzes the practical measures and results of the training of modern apprenticeship in three pilot colleges.The fourth part summarizes the modern apprenticeship training problems that exist in the implementation process,such as the lack of awareness of modern apprenticeship,double identity adaptability difference,imperfect legal system needs to improve,teacher team construction,curriculum system structure and the market demand gap,"school hot mills cold" problem still exists,the existing management system is not sound and so on.The fifth part mainly discusses the existing problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,such as strengthening propaganda,improve the modern apprenticeship agreement,to help the students identity transformation between colleges,improve the system of modern apprenticeship model of laws and regulations,improve the "double type" teachers,perfect curriculum system construction,improve the enterprise participation enthusiasm,deepening the reform of management system and so on.
