| With the in-depth development of campus football activities,how to effectively strengthen the training of football reserve talents has become a major issue in the current football development.This research adopts the method of literature data,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and conducts an in-depth study on the development status and strategy of women’s football in the No.1 Middle School of Miluo City.Judging from the development status of the women’s football team of Miluo No.1 Middle School,the women’s football team of Miluo No.1 Middle School was established in 2014.Since its establishment,it has won many awards in provincial competitions.The coaches have grown from the original 1 to a coaching team with 6 coaches,and the players have also grown from 11 athletes originally selected by the track and field team to 39 with three echelons today,and 64.1%of the existing players are athletes For the second-level athletes,the selection methods of the team members are also more diverse,and the internal motivation of the team members to participate in the training is mostly to enhance their physical health.A related survey on teachers shows that there are 6 football teachers in Miluo City,including 4 external teachers.Most teachers participate in training 1-2 times a year,and there are still teachers who do not participate in training.From the perspective of women’s football training time,Miluo No.1 Middle School has ample training time for women’s football,and the school has arranged specific tutoring courses to improve the cultural performance of the players.From the perspective of talent delivery channels,most of the school’s women’s football players’ delivery channels are further studies.Summarizing the successful experience in the training process of women’s football in Miluo No.1 Middle School is a necessary process for the continued development of women’s football in Miluo No.1 Middle School.From the perspective of successful experience,the successful experience of Miluo No.1 Middle School in the development of women’s football mainly includes five experiences: in-depth implementation of relevant policies,comprehensive stimulation of motivation to participate in training,scientific handling of contradictions between learning and training,consistent adherence to competition as a substitute for training,and multi-party assistance in talent cultivation.The research on the restrictive factors in the development of women’s football in Miluo No.1 Middle School found that the selection system,training years,teachers,transmission channels,and field equipment are the main restrictive factors in the development of women’s football in Miluo No.1 Middle School.Then this study proposes six development strategys,including continuing to implement policies,optimizing material selection paths,providing learning guarantees,strengthening teacher training,broadening delivery channels,and creating a cultural atmosphere.The results can provide a useful reference for the development of campus football in primary and secondary schools. |
