| A Private Primary School is a well-known local private primary school with a history of15 years.At present,there are 30 classes from grades one to six,145 teaching staff and 1,300 students.A recent survey found that the primary school teachers have prominent job burnout problems,low work efficiency,prominent teachers’ psychological problems,poor interpersonal relationships between colleagues,and frequent slackness problems,which have affected the school’s normal teaching order,decreased teaching quality,and shortage of teachers.As for the profession of teachers,once the job burnout occurs,it will reduce the enthusiasm for the work.At the same time,it is difficult to establish a close and trusting relationship with other teachers and students,thus affecting the quality of teaching.Therefore,in order to reduce the negative emotions of teachers,strengthen the quality construction of teaching staff,and ultimately promote the sound and healthy development of education,it is urgent to solve the problem of teacher burnout in A private primary school.This paper uses the literature analysis method to clarify the connotation of "job burnout",and obtains the relevant information of the research object through questionnaire survey,and conducts corresponding research on the causes and influencing factors of job burnout among teachers in A private primary school,and then uses the interview method to consciously Communicate the work performance of primary school teachers,so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of the job burnout situation of primary school teachers.The study found that several factors that have a greater impact on the job burnout of private primary school teachers in A are age,teaching experience,educational background,and professional title.Based on the results of the empirical investigation,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.A private primary school teachers have generally experienced mild job burnout;2.A There is heterogeneity in the phenomenon of job burnout among private primary school teachers;3.A The phenomenon of job burnout among private primary school teachers The main influencing factors include society,schools,parents,students and teachers themselves.Based on this,from the perspectives of society,schools,parents,students,and teachers,the author formulates highly targeted and effective countermeasures,including improving social status,establishing flexible and diverse evaluation mechanisms,and improving school management systems,in order to alleviate the teaching profession.Burnout phenomenon.According to the different characteristics of private primary school teachers,corresponding countermeasures are put forward,including the introduction of post appointment and promotion plan,innovation of professional title evaluation mechanism,practical improvement of teachers’ economic treatment,and active prevention of primary school teachers’ loss.Main work,and summarize and reflect on the proposed plan to alleviate teacher burnout,and finally analyze the shortcomings of this paper and the prospect of further research. |
