Currently, the community more competitive, modern pressure is also growing.When personal career can withstand pressure exceeds the threshold limit, burnoutemerged. As a service industry, helping the industry teaching profession, is subjectedto the pressure of one of the most professional, therefore, groups of teachers isbecoming a high risk burnout. In the past40years, domestic and foreign researchersfrom multiple angles, the subject of teacher burnout were studied, a large number ofstudies show that teacher burnout has already evolved into a global problem, a seriouscause of education negative impact, so the significance of teacher burnout issignificant.In1981, Pistoletto (Pistor) was first mentioned in the definition of burnoutresources, that individual mental burnout or exhaustion, physical and emotionalresources.1989, Hobfoll proposed resource conservation theory, which became thebody to produce stress research in the field of a new branch, but also for the study ofteacher burnout researchers provided a new perspective. In this paper, the theoreticalperspective of resource conservation, in order to investigate the area in Dalian,Liaoning, serving on the front line of primary and secondary teachers conducted aburnout related research, analysis of current teacher burnout caused by the reasonsbehind the performance of an extremely negative impact occurs, the final constructivecomments, and to alleviate teacher burnout feasibility of the program.Thesis subject of the following sections:The first chapter, Introduction. This paper proposed research direction, therelevant domestic and international research to sort out, to complete the literaturereview. Core concepts involved in the definition of the paper, also explained thetheoretical basis of this article.The second chapter, the study design. This section presents hypotheses to explainthe purpose and content of the study, and the significance of the study, the studyclearly describes research methods and tools.The third chapter, the basic situation of the questionnaire. This study is based inDalian, Liaoning example, sample two primary and three secondary schools200teachers, conduct research. Primary and secondary school teachers sampled each20,conducted interviews. Two questionnaires were teacher burnout and fatigue analysisof reasons, from the physical exhaustion, mental exhaustion, emotional exhaustionunderstand three aspects of primary and secondary school teacher burnout, frommaterial resources dimension, a dimension of psychological resources, socialresources to carry out a simple dimension data analysis, to explore the reasons forburnout.The fourth chapter, problems and countermeasures Teachers’ Job Burnout.Through the survey data analysis, primary and secondary school teacher burnoutunderstand the situation, find out the reason. Comments and suggestions for targeted incentives to ease the current situation of teacher burnout.
