Investigation And Study Of The Social Integration Of The 33rd Regiment Company Into The Population

Floating population is an important force in national construction and urban development.In the process of urbanization,China attaches great importance to the social integration of floating population.Xinjiang production and Construction Corps shoulders the important responsibility of maintaining stability and defending the frontier.In recent years,there are some problems in the Corps,such as small total population,low natural growth rate,serious aging and low overall cultural quality,which restrict the stability and development of the corps economy.In order to further implement the strategy of strengthening the regiment with talents and rejuvenating the regiment with talents,the 33 rd regiment of the second division issued the policy of recruiting new employees,began to select and introduce agricultural technology professionals from Gansu,Sichuan,Henan and other places,and recruited new employees to settle in the 33 rd regiment of the second division.It is of special significance to study and promote the integration of immigrants into the League field to adapt to the local social and economic development,so as to promote the economic development of the League field and maintain the stability of the League field.This thesis uses the research method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,analyzes the basic situation of the immigrant population through research and analysis,constructs five dimensions of economic integration,life integration,institutional integration,work integration,and identity identity,analyzes the degree of social integration and the actual dilemma of integration of the immigrant population,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that: First,the characteristics of the population of the thirty-three regiments are obviously young and middle-aged,the education level is generally low,and the trend of family migration is obvious;second,the overall degree of social integration of the thirty-three regiments of immigrants is medium-level integration,from the perspective of various dimensions,life integration and economic integration belong to a higher level of integration,identity belongs to a medium level of integration,institutional integration and work integration belong to a lower level of integration;third,the main factors affecting the social integration of migrants are:weak adaptability of living environment and natural environment,incompatibility of the staff management system and inadequate policy implementation.Therefore,this thesis proposes: government enterprises jointly strengthen skills training,vigorously promote industrial development,improve the service level of public institution personnel,improve the ecological environment,increase the publicity of the spirit of the corps,and improve the government’s administrative efficiency to establish a service-oriented government.
