Research On The Social Integration Ofrural Inter-provincial Floating Population From The Perspective Of Symbiosis Theory

With the deepening of urbanization in China,the size of the floating population is becoming larger and larger,and the degree of integration of the floating population in the inflow area is closely related to the quality of urbanization.Floating population can be divided into intra-provincial floating population and inter-provincial floating population according to the scope of migration.This article selects rural inter-provincial floating population as the research object.The social integration of rural inter-provincial floating population mainly answers the following questions:First,What is the current status of social integration of rural inter-provincial floating population;second,what are the factors that affect the social integration of rural inter-provincial floating population;third,how to improve the level of social integration of rural inter-provincial floating population.This article selected 28,664 data samples from the National Health and Health Commission's floating population dynamic monitoring database in 2017 as analysis data,and built the analysis framework of the article based on the symbiotic theory.The rural inter-provincial floating population and household registration population are regarded as two symbiotic units;the social integration of rural inter-provincial floating population is analyzed according to the symbiotic model;the research hypothesis of the empirical part of this article is proposed by means of the symbiotic interface to analyze the rural inter-provincial The influencing factors of the social integration of floating population;from the perspective of strengthening the symbiosis unit,optimizing the symbiosis environment,and improving the symbiosis interface,it puts forward policy recommendations to promote the social integration of rural inter-provincial floating population.First of all,when analyzing the social integration status of rural inter-provincial floating population,16 variables for measuring social integration were selected,and dimensionality reduction was carried out by factor analysis.The 16 variables were combined into three dimensions:economic integration,social adaptation,and identity.Then integrate the three dimensions into social integration,and use the Min-max standardization method to transform economic integration,social adaptation,identity,and social integration into variables with values between[0,100],According to the social integration score,it is concluded that the inter-provincial rural floating population and the registered population are asymmetric and mutually beneficial.The next,when exploring influencing factors of rural inter-provincial floating population of integration,the research hypothesis was put forward from the symbiosis interface.Multiple linear regression model was used to verify the research hypothesis and conduct stability test.Once more,There are four conclusions by studying the social integration status and influencing factors of rural inter-provincial floating population:first,the overall level of social integration of rural inter-provincial floating population is relatively low;second,individual characteristics have a significant impact on social integration;third,poor family economic conditions affect the social integration of rural inter-provincial floating population;fourth,basic Public services affect the social integration of rural inter-provincial floating population.Finally,based on the symbiosis theory,it puts forward policy recommendations to promote the social integration of rural inter-provincial floating population from three perspectives:one is to enhance the level of human capital of the floating population from the perspective of strengthening the symbiosis unit,and the other is to enhance the symbiosis environment to improve the household registration system and basic public services,the third is to build a community social integration interface from the perspective of strengthening the symbiosis unit.
