Research On The Cultivation Path Of Labor Competency Of College Students In Normal Colleges And Universities

Normal college students,as the reserve force of China’s education and the main force of future teachers,shoulder the heavy responsibility of disseminating knowledge,ideas,and truth.Cultivating the labor competency of normal university students is an important link in educational work.Currently,although the country has issued a series of policy documents to guide people to strengthen the importance of labor education and labor competency cultivation,due to various factors,there are still many problems in the labor competency cultivation of normal university students.This study investigates the cultivation status of labor competency among students majoring in normal education from freshman to junior college in C University.The main focus is on the following issues: What is the current situation of cultivating the labor competency of normal university students;What problems exist in the cultivation process;What are the reasons for the problem;How to improve these issues.In order to understand and solve these problems,this study first collected and sorted out domestic and foreign literature related to student labor competency,in order to initially obtain the current theory and experience related to the cultivation of labor competency of normal university students.Subsequently,through questionnaire and interview methods,an empirical study was conducted on the cultivation of labor competency among normal university students.Based on data analysis,the problems and causes of the cultivation of labor competency among normal university students were explored.Finally,based on the combination of documents and policies related to labor education such as the "Outline" and "Opinions",as well as the future vocational characteristics of normal university students,practical and feasible plans are proposed for the cultivation of labor competency of normal university students.The survey results show that there are some problems in the cultivation process of normal university students’ labor competency,such as the need to improve the labor competency of normal university students,the inadequate implementation of teachers’ training of students’ labor competency,and insufficient support for the cultivation of school labor competency.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problem,this study proposes to update educational ideas and attach importance to the cultivation of labor competency;Standardize all aspects of competency cultivation based on professional characteristics;Carry out overall planning and improve the support and guarantee measures for competency cultivation,with a view to improving the labor competency of normal university students and enabling them to develop comprehensively.
