| Colleges and universities undertake the important task of cultivating innovative talents to achieve China’s second Centennial goal.Safety and stability are the key.College canteens undertake the important task of providing catering services for college teachers and students.Food safety in canteens is the basic content that colleges and universities should have in the new era,and is the solid backing for building a world-class university.As a special type of catering industry in China,college canteens are different from ordinary catering units in that they have the characteristics of centralized meal time,dense personnel and great impact of unsafe consequences.In recent years,although colleges and universities all over the country have paid more attention to the food safety of canteens and the food safety level has been greatly improved,the safety incidents of collective food poisoning among college students still occur from time to time,It shows that the hidden dangers of food safety in University canteens have not been completely eliminated,so it is important and urgent to further improve the level of food safety supervision in University canteens.Under this background,this thesis takes the Inner Mongolia University of science and technology as an example,adopts the research methods of literature research,field research,case analysis and other research methods,and uses the collaborative governance theory to study the collaborative governance of food safety in University canteens,seeking ways to further improve the supervision level of University canteens.Through on-the-spot investigation on the current situation of collaborative governance of food safety supervision in the canteen of Inner Mongolia University of science and technology,it is found that there are still some problems,such as the lack of participation of the subjects of collaborative governance,the limited supervision ability of the participants,and the opacity of information among the subjects.The reasons include the lack of channels for the participation of multiple subjects,the failure of the leading role of government collaborative governance,and the lack of information interaction and sharing mechanism.In order to build a collaborative governance system for food safety in Colleges and universities,solutions are put forward from the aspects of giving play to the leading role of the government,strengthening the collaborative governance ability of multiple subjects,and enhancing the interaction between the subjects of collaborative governance.These suggestions and measures provide relevant reference for building a collaborative governance system for food safety in University canteens. |
