Research On Intelligent Supervision Scheme Of Food Safety In University Canteen

With the further deepening of the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities,the traditional mode of "one school,one family logistics" has gradually changed into a market-oriented mode of operation.Schools change from the identity of canteen operators and administrators to buyers and regulators.However,in the face of more and more complex food safety problems,the traditional food safety supervision model is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the new era.Therefore,more and more colleges and universities respond to the call of the national "Internet plus food" to carry out the "smart canteen" transformation,in order to hope that through the establishment of food safety intelligent supervision to help achieve effective food safety supervision.Different from the traditional food safety supervision mode,intelligent supervision is no longer a "person-to-people" supervision mode.Through intelligent technology,we can solve the main problems existing in supervision under the new situation,make up for the regulators and supervision object,supervision content,improve the food safety supervision level,reduce the risk of teachers and students,is conducive to campus stability and social harmony.However,the intelligent food safety supervision still has some problems that urgently need to be solved.This thesis focuses on the intelligent supervision of food safety in university canteens.It first collected a large amount of data which introduce the background of food safety supervision and the application of intelligent technology.Then,taking T university canteen food safety supervision as a case study,comprehensive use of market failure theory,digital governance theory,multi-center governance theory and other management theory,through the questionnaire method,case study method,pointed out the current food safety intelligent supervision development status and results,problems in the construction process,and analyze the reasons.Finally,on the basis of drawing on the advanced experience of successful cases of food safety intelligent supervision mode,some practical improvement plans are put forward,hoping to provide some reference for the improvement of food safety intelligent supervision mode in university canteens in the future.
