The Influence Of "Double Reduction" Policy On The Physical Health Of Primary School Students—Take A Primary School In Nanjing,for Example

Purpose of research:Investigate the current situation and implementation of homework time,tutoring time and sports time in Nanjing before and after the implementation of the "double reduction"policy.Explore the implementation of the "double" reduction policy,the Nanjing pupils physical health level change and pupils’ physical health factors,through the investigation of a primary school in the classroom learning time and learning way,the relationship between policy support found in the analysis of the implementation of "double reduction" policy and propulsion is to support pupils homework time,remedial time,sports time important predictive variables.Research technique:This paper selects Nanjing yuhua district a primary school "double reduction" after the policy implementation,the three and fourth grade students as the research object("double reduction" policy implementation before three,fourth grade students mark A3,A4,"double reduction" policy after three,fourth grade for B3,B4,),including A3 group 253 people,A4 group 279 people,B3 group 253 people,B4 group 279 people.In the study,the questionnaire survey and interviews with physical education teachers of all grade and teachers of each class were analyzed the time of homework completed,extracurricular tutoring time and the length of physical activities before and after the "double reduction"policy of groups A3,A4,B3 and B4.Paired non-parametric test was used to test the difference of students ’physical exercise before and after "double reduction",and the completion time of homework and tutoring time before and after "double reduction" was tested.After analyzing the policy,students’ homework and tutoring time decreased significantly,while the time of extracurricular activities was significantly improved.The Spearman correlation test was used to explore the relevant factors affecting the physical health level of students,and analyzed the impact of the "double reduction" policy on the physical health level of primary school students,so as to provide reference and suggestions for the improvement of students’ physical health level.Finding:(1)From the perspective of operation time,after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the homework time and weekend operation time are significantly reduced compared with the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,which has a very significant difference(p<0.01).(2)From the perspective of the tutoring time,after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the tutoring time from Monday to Friday and on Saturday and Sunday was significantly reduced compared with that before the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,with a very significant difference(p<0.01).(3)From the point of sports activity time,"double reduction" policy implementation after three or four grade students a week sports activity time,sports club activities,school sports time,weekend sports time,strenuous activity time,medium activity time before the"double reduction" policy has a significant increase,all have a very significant difference(p<0.01).(4)From the total score of the students’ physical test data,after the implementation of the double reduction "policy,the physical health level of the third grade of the double reduction" students was significantly improved compared with that before the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,with a very significant difference(p<0.01).After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the physical health level of fourth-grade 4 students was significantly improved compared with that before the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,with a very significant difference(p<0.01).(5)Through Spearman correlation analysis,the school homework time,homework time,Monday to Friday tutoring time,weekend homework time,weekend tutoring time is three or four grade students physical health level negative correlation factors(p<0.01),and sports time,sports community activities,school sports time,weekend sports time,activity activity,moderate activity time is the positive correlation factors(p<0.01).Research conclusion:(1)After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the students’ homework and tutoring time has decreased significantly,and the time of extracurricular activities has been significantly improved.(2)After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the physical health level of students has been significantly improved,which should be better than before the implementation of the policy.(3)After-school sports time,homework time on Saturday and Sunday,and tutoring time on Saturday and Sunday are related factors affecting the health of primary school students’physique.(4)After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the decrease of students’homework time,the reduction of extracurricular tutoring time,and the increase of physical activity time may be the main reasons for improving the physical health level of primary school students.
