Research On The Implementation Strategy Of Physical Activity Homework Under The Background Of "Double Reduction"

Physical education homework is an important part of physical education teaching activities,scientific and reasonable implementation of physical education homework is an important measure to promote the development of students’ physical literacy;At the same time,the implementation of physical education homework will link school physical education,family education and community resources,and provide the foundation and guarantee for students’ all-round development.Therefore,the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport of China proposed "Physical Education Homework" as one of the goals of sports education reform in 2020.Physical education homework has also been mentioned many times in relevant policy documents of school physical education work and students’ physical health development.However,due to social pressure such as "internal education","health first" is gradually replaced by "admission first",students’ sports time is seriously insufficient,and the development of physical education homework is mostly a mere formality.In July 2021,the state issued the "double reduction" policy,aiming at primary and middle school students from the class of heavy homework burden and external training of liberation,and put forward the use of sports work,fill the blank of the primary and secondary students "double reduction" time,make up for lack of students has been a long time of education development of body and mind,legal basis for the implementation of the physical education homework.In order to promote the multiple development of school physical education,physical education discipline and students’ body and mind,and effectively promote the construction of quality education,it is necessary to fit the new requirements of "double reduction" to carry on the innovation of physical education homework management and other aspects.The research mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics,and mainly carries out the investigation and analysis from the aspects of the overall situation of the implementation of physical education homework in each school,the attitude of the relevant population towards physical education homework,the management and implementation of physical education homework,and the completion of students.Clarify the existing problems in the implementation of sports operations,such as the lack of public popularity of the "double reduction" policy,the lack of standardization of physical education homework,the lack of enthusiasm in the implementation of physical education homework,the lack of home-school association,the related personnel’s concept of physical education homework to be corrected,etc.Combining humanistic learning theory,constructivist learning theory and overlapping influence domain theory,this paper puts forward the thinking and path of strategy selection of PE homework,and puts forward some suggestions on the problems that hinder the implementation of physical education homework at present.Finally,based on the above research results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the four aspects of homework management,government support,teachers’ main body and the concept of family and community.First,the content of homework should be optimized,the evaluation mechanism of homework should be improved,and the internal motivation of students should be aroused.Second,strengthen system guarantee,implement collaborative governance,strengthen educational performance supervision and evaluation and promote operational information;Thirdly,the construction of a new era of teachers,strengthening training and modern sports operation concept;Fourthly,improve policy identification,form a line of cognition between family and school,and cultivate family sports culture.
