OBJECTIVE: To understand the correlation between pre-screen time and BMI,vision and physical activity of junior high school students in fengxian district,Shanghai,and to make a research on it,so as to provide a basis for further development of pre-screen intervention strategies.METHODS: This study selected location is located in China's east coast,one of the most developed cities in China in Shanghai as a framework of target,in the selection within the framework of the city district,hui xian middle school high school,sunshine,hongwen middle school,huating school foreign language middle school,the Abbey of the affiliated high school of middle school,the school,nursery show eight urban schools,according to the national student physical health standard "test and analysis after the data collection.The body mass index(BMI)was calculated according to the height and weight obtained from the physical examination of the students,and the classification(light weight,normal weight,overweight and obesity)and the visual acuity test data of each school were recorded.By means of questionnaire survey,students were asked to fill in the daily pre-screen behavior record to understand the pre-screen time of the respondents on weekdays,weekends and daily days of the week(the pre-screen time was divided into groups and compared with BMI,vision and physical activity).The international physical activity scale(short paper)and scoring standard were used to input and analyze the 1-week frequency,daily cumulative time and overall screen time of different intensity activities.Through the Epidada3.1 for data entry,and after the data entry for the data review,cleaning,short of the record of serious,after eliminating the unreasonable data record application Spss25.0 were analyzed,and the analysis of Shanghai fengxian middle school before the screen time and BMI,sight and the correlation between physical activity(P < 0.05,said the statistically significant before and different category screen time with BMI,myopia,whether physical activity is also related to formulate relevant strategies and Suggestions are put forward.RESULTS:1.The proportion of students in the eight urban middle schools in fengxian district who constitute pre-screen activities ranges from high to low: using pre-screen tools for learning,doing written homework,playing entertainment,reading books andmagazines.Screen time on weekends is twice as long as on weekdays.Students spend more time using mobile phones,computers and tablets than watching TV.Nearly half of the students participated in reading books and playing computers and mobile phones in the daily after-school screen time,and the number of people participating in outdoor sports and indoor sports accounted for a small proportion of the total number of students.In each school,the number of people in front of the screen is more evenly distributed.2.A total of 9,296 people were enrolled in eight urban middle schools in fengxian district,Shanghai,below 4.5 in the eight urban middle schools in fengxian district of Shanghai is the largest,with a total of 3,946,accounting for 42.44%;The least number of people above 5.0(including 5.0)were 2266,accounting for24.37%.3.The eight urban middle schools in fengxian district in Shanghai had the most time for strenuous exercise and sitting,followed by moderate physical activity,and the least time for walking.4.There were 1,183 overweight students and 1,174 obese students in the BMI,accounting for less than a quarter,and the proportion of normal weight students was more.5,The overall screen time of junior middle school students in fengxian district of Shanghai and the screen time of different groups were not correlated with physical activity.Significantly correlated with BMI and vision: screen time was positively correlated with BMI,negatively correlated with vision.CONCLUSION: The screen time in eight middle schools in fengxian district of Shanghai had an effect on vision and BMI,and showed significant correlation and difference in Spss.And screen time has no effect on physical activity and has no correlation.
