Research On The Execution Of University’s Construction System

President Xi Jinping said at a central conference on talent-related work that,China has the largest higher education system in the world.In recent years,colleges and universities across China are carrying out "Double First-Class" construction.University’s construction projects are still in a period of rapid development.A large number of new construction,reconstruction or expansion projects need to be carried out to attract talents and expand disciplines.The research on the implementation of university construction engineering system is of practical significance for promoting the construction of university construction engineering system and establishing a long-term mechanism for the implementation of university construction engineering system.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of university governance and construction engineering system at home and abroad.This paper also introduces the main contents and research techniques at the beginning.Combined with the characteristics of S University,this paper selects the research methods of literature,case study and interview survey to sort out the implementation status,implementation evolution and implementation statistics of construction engineering system of S University.Then it lists the problems existing in the implementation of the construction engineering system of S University,and uses Smith policy implementation model to analyze these problems.This paper holds that the governance theory of universities should aim at governance modernization,and the system implementation system of universities must follow the good governance principle of "efficiency first,overall design,democratic management and governing the university according to law".Finally,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation of S University construction engineering system from the four aspects of democratization,institutionalization,coordination and efficiency,in order to help improve the construction engineering system of colleges and universities in China.
