| The Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan and Vision 2035 of the National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China proposes to "build a high-quality education system",and "high-quality development" has become the key word for education reform and development in the new era.The "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training for Students in Compulsory Education"(hereinafter referred to as "Double Reduction")has become a major initiative to implement the new development concept,build a new development pattern and enter a new stage of development in the field of basic education.The "double reduction" background has undoubtedly had a positive impact on the promotion of high-quality development of education.This study takes the impact of "double reduction" on the quality of classroom teaching in rural primary schools around the city as the starting point,based on humanistic management theory and total quality management theory,using literature research,questionnaires and interviews.The current situation of classroom teaching design quality,classroom teaching implementation quality and classroom teaching evaluation quality under "double reduction" was studied and analysed.The results of the study show that the quality of classroom teaching design in the five rural primary schools around the city of Yinchuan,Ningxia,is characterised by a lack of formality in the preparation of classroom teaching design and insufficient monitoring of the implementation of classroom teaching design;the quality of classroom teaching implementation is characterised by a lack of adaptability in the process of classroom teaching implementation and a neglect of students’ main status in the process of classroom teaching implementation;the quality of classroom teaching evaluation is characterised by a single subject of classroom teaching evaluation and a single way of classroom teaching evaluation.The quality of classroom teaching evaluation includes:single subject of classroom teaching evaluation and single way of classroom teaching evaluation.After analysing the causes of the above problems,countermeasures for classroom teaching quality management in rural primary schools around cities are proposed.Countermeasures for classroom teaching design quality improvement:scientific preparation of teaching design,establishing quality awareness,reasonable implementation of teaching design,ensuring that teaching should be taught as much as possible,focusing on feedback on teaching design,and promoting teaching and learning;countermeasures for classroom teaching implementation quality improvement:refinement of classroom teaching implementation quality management content,To improve the quality of classroom teaching implementation:refine the content of classroom teaching implementation quality management,establish awareness of the quality of classroom teaching implementation,and enrich the form of classroom teaching implementation;To improve the quality of classroom teaching evaluation:refine the classroom teaching evaluation system and improve the ability of classroom teaching evaluation.All in all,as an important tool to promote the implementation of the "double reduction"background,it is necessary to consider all levels and types of education and teaching departments as a whole,and gradually promote the quality of classroom teaching in rural primary schools around the city with advanced classroom teaching quality management ideas and measures to help improve the quality of classroom teaching. |
