| For a long time,students in compulsory education have been burdened with heavier homework at school,and parents’ investment in human and material resources in education has only increased.Out-of-school training time has severely squeezed students’ rest time,and students’ physical and mental development has been affected.The main purpose of the "double reduction" policy is to further improve the quality of school education and teaching and service level,make the homework assignment of teachers more scientific and reasonable,basically meet the needs of students’ after-school services,better return of students’ learning to campus,and comprehensively standardize the training behavior of off-campus training institutions,so as to reduce the homework burden and off-campus training burden of students in compulsory education.After the promulgation of the "double reduction" policy,all regions and departments are actively responding to and implementing it.In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people and strengthen the role of the main front of school education,it is necessary to continuously improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,and it is imperative to improve the quality and efficiency of the classroom.By handing out questionnaires and attending lectures,the author observed from the perspectives of teachers and students.It is found that there are still some factors affecting classroom efficiency in primary school Chinese classroom,such as teachers’ insufficient grasp of the "double reduction" policy,teachers’ weak targeting of teaching objectives,teachers’ improper choice of teaching content,teachers’ single choice of teaching methods,the teaching process is not smooth enough,teachers’ Chinese teaching ability still needs to be improved.Based on this reason analysis and put forward targeted improvement suggestions: change teachers’ outdated teaching concept,improve teachers’ Chinese teaching ability,reasonable optimization of classroom teaching links.In this paper,case demonstration and case reflection are added to verify the feasibility of the above improvement suggestions.The author hopes that this article can play the role of throwing a brick to attract jade,and provide certain reference for primary school Chinese teachers in teaching,so as to better improve the efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching,make the "double reduction" policy implemented,fully implement the Party’s educational policy,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people. |
