| With the further development of China’s national economy and basic education reform,the burden reduction in the compulsory education stage has increasingly become a livelihood issue of concern to people from all walks of life.Under the guidance of the "double reduction" policy issued by the Ministry of Education in 2021,local governments have issued management plans to promote the implementation of extracurricular learning activities in primary and secondary schools,and have achieved phased achievements.The national "14th Five-Year Plan" requires the vigourous development of the rural economy and the improvement of the quality of rural schools.As an education method closely related to society,school and family,extracurricular learning activities can effectively promote the fairness of urban and rural education and realise the all-round development of rural students.Therefore,extracurricular learning activities have become an important opportunity to promote the characteristic development of rural boarding primary schools.How to use the advantages of the "double reduction" policy to promote the development of extracurricular learning activities? It is necessary to investigate and study the development status and problems of extracurricular learning activities in rural boarding primary schools,and actively explore a development path suitable for extracurricular learning activities in rural boarding primary schools.This paper focusses on B Primary School in Z County as the main research object.First of all,take the goals and requirements put forward by the "double reduction" policy as the starting point,and sort out the research foundation for the development of extracurricular learning activities from the policy and theoretical foundation.Secondly,the implementation status of extracurricular learning activities in B primary school is investigated and studied by the combination of literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method.Discuss and analyse the basic information of the survey subjects,the participation in extracurricular learning activities,and the evaluation of extracurricular learning activities.Among them,the participation in the management of extracurricular learning activities includes five aspects: activity content,time,space,personnel and security.Through the integration and analysis of survey data,the current situation of extracurricular learning activity management in B primary school can be clearly displayed in the article.In addition,from the author’s analysis results,it can also be seen that there are shortcomings in the management of extracurricular learning activities in rural boarding B primary school,including insufficient time for extracurricular learning activities and imperfect system;insufficient participation of teachers,formal content,and unanimous demands from home and school;narrow evaluation functions and feedback mechanism.Unsound and other problems.Through consulting the literature,we found the deep-seated reasons behind these problems,mainly because the stakeholders of rural boarding primary schools have an outdated understanding of the "double reduction" policy,the lack of teachers in extracurricular learning activities,the lagging organisational ability of extracurricular learning activities,and the lack of protection of the main rights and interests.In order to better achieve the goal of the "double reduction" policy and promote the development process of extracurricular learning activities in rural boarding primary schools,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions on the existing problems.First of all,pay attention to the construction of teachers and improve the mobility of extracurricular learning activities;secondly,pay attention to management and construction to improve the combat effectiveness of extracurricular learning activities;finally,pay attention to ensuring construction and improve the immunity of extracurricular learning activities. |
