Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Mass Ice And Snow Sports From The Perspective Of National Fitness

With the improvement of the living standards of our people,the public’s demand for physical fitness is increasing,and the increase in per capital income also provides the necessary economic support for people to participate in various fitness activities.In order to pursue a higher level of lifestyle,people pay more and more attention to and participate in a variety of fitness and cultural entertainment activities in their leisure time.Mass ice and snow sports have gradually entered people’s vision.The health of the whole people is an important embodiment of a country’s comprehensive national strength,and it is also an important symbol of ensuring social development and progress.The "National Fitness Plan(2021-2025)" issued by the State Council in July 2021 adheres to the people-centered development concept,always takes meeting the growing diversified fitness needs of the people as the starting point and foothold,and continues to promote the development of high-quality national fitness services at a new historical starting point.In this paper,the current situation and development strategy of ice and snow sports are studied in the context of national fitness,and the research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method are mainly adopted.Through the investigation of the construction of ice and snow sports venues and facilities in Yinchuan,the development of public events,the cultivation of ice and snow sports instructors,and the participation of public ice and snow sports,the main problems faced by ice and snow sports in Yinchuan City are analyzed,and the strategies and suggestions suitable for the development of ice and snow sports in Yinchuan City are summarized.The findings suggest:The "National Fitness Program(2021-2025)" has scientific guiding significance for the development of ice and snow sports in Yinchuan;The number of facilities in Yinchuan Ice and Snow Sports Venues is small,which cannot meet the needs of the masses for ice and snow fitness and entertainment;The popularity of public ice and snow events is low,and there is a lack of highlevel ice and snow events;There are fewer ice and snow sports coaches in Yinchuan who have obtained relevant qualification certificates,there is a shortage of professional instructors for ice and snow sports,and the training mechanism is not perfect.Yinchuan mass ice and snow sports participation population is more male than female,the occupation of private enterprises,individual private personnel the highest degree of participation,participation in ice and snow sports and the actual income level has a certain relationship.Most of the motivations for participating in ice and snow sports are based on the pleasure of the body and mind and the pursuit of sports stimulation brought by ice and snow projects,and most of them are in the form of mass experiential participation.In view of the development status of ice and snow sports in Yinchuan,relevant development strategies are proposed:(1)Control the construction standards of ice and snow parks,and rationally plan the economic investment layout;(2)Use the Internet media to promote ice and snow sports events;(3)Establish a professional talent management system and increase the training of ice and snow sports instructors;(4)Stimulate the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in ice and snow fitness and expand their influence;(5)Create a new model of mass Internet participation in ice and snow fitness,and create an ice and snow cultural atmosphere.
