Research On The Optimization Of Operation And Management Of LEKE Sports Company From The Perspective Of Smart Fitness

With the rapid economic development,people’s demand for fitness is increasing significantly.Fitness industry has entered smart fitness and “Internet +” era.LEKE Sports,as a new generation of Internet smart fitness platforms has entered the market.Based on the theory of operation management,this thesis identifies the current situation and problems of the operation and management of LEKE Sports,from the perspective of smart fitness.The optimization suggestions and safeguard measures for operation management are then proposed.The thesis aims to achieve the goal of helping LEKE Sport to maintain sustainable development in the current competitive market,and provide new ideas for the operations management of LEKE Sports.This thesis applies the relevant theories and knowledge regarding the design and planning of the operation system and the operation and control of the operation system.First,it investigates and analyzes the operation situation and identifies the problems of LEKE Sport.It then uses SWOT analysis and the PEST analysis to analyze the operation environment of LEKE Sport.Finally,based on the operation management theory,it proposes suggestions for four aspects of the operation and management of LEKE Sport,including smart fitness product operation optimization,smart fitness quality management optimization,smart fitness user management,and smart fitness store and facility optimization.The thesis finally suggests that LEKE Sports should improve and optimize the safeguard measures in terms of branding,talent training,and franchisee management.The research findings have important managerial implications.They can effectively solve the current operation problems of LEKE Sports,enhance the core competitiveness,and provide generalizable guidance for the development of smart gyms and smart fitness industries.
