Education is the foundation of a country.It is the biggest basic project of a country.With the continuous development of social productive forces and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the state,society,school and family attach more importance to education than ever before.With the reform of quality-oriented education and the implementation of the "double reduction" policy in2021,physical education as an important part of quality-oriented education begins to receive attention again.Some after-school sports coaching institutions are facing new opportunities and challenges.The challenge lies in the impact of the transformation of traditional discipline training institutions into quality-oriented education.In 2021,the market for after-school education and training is not friendly.Therefore,optimizing the marketing strategy is the key problem to be solved urgently in Ly Youth Sports Hall.LY Youth Sports Hall started later than other well-known institutions.In the early stage of its establishment,it adopted a series of methods such as course discount,increasing publicity and improving services,but the enrollment situation was still not optimistic.At the same time,LY youth sports hall in the marketing of some problems can not be ignored.For example,the product aspect is too single,the promotion channel is relatively few,the publicity aspect way is conservative and imperfect,etc..Therefore,optimizing marketing strategy is the key problem that LY youth sports hall urgently needs to solve.This paper takes LY youth sports Gymnasium as the research object.First of all,while analyzing the marketing environment of LY youth sports hall,it also analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of the situation of the organization;Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of the existing customers,combined with the current situation of the organization’s marketing strategy,fully analyzed the LY youth sports hall marketing strategy problems;Thirdly,STP theory is used to subdivide the local market of LY youth Gym and reposition it.Market segmentation and repositioning;Then,according to the 7 ps marketing theory,combined with the above problems,the marketing strategy of LY youth movement hall has been optimized,make it more conforms to their own situation,think teenagers LY movement hall can through rich type,development course derivatives,build brand image,such as optimizing product strategy,adopt a more flexible pricing strategy to make the customer has the optional;Improve the ground and network promotion strategy and give full play to the role of the Marketing Department,improve the quality of service personnel and carry out training courses to make their services more competitive to cope with the increasing market pressure;Finally,take strong safeguard measures,make the optimized marketing strategy can be complete and university implementation.
