| The General Administration of Sports,the Ministry of Education,the Central Civilization Office,the Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Civil Affairs,the Ministry of Finance,and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League jointly released the Youth Sports Activity Promotion Plan in January 2017,which clearly stated that youth physical and mental health and physical fitness are national prosperity,The important symbols of national prosperity,social progress,and family harmony are important foundations for realizing the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is required to establish more than one youth outdoor sports camps in various provinces and cities and to carry out youth sports activities extensively.Camp construction has become a top priority,and exploration and research on all aspects of the camps has become the top priority of camp construction.Based on this,this study to the Oriental Land camp in Shanghai,at present the Shanghai youth outdoor sports camp,the research of the status of the investigation,this paper analyzed the problems with teenagers outdoor sports camp,and put forward the optimization strategy in the process of research,mainly USES the literature material method,interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method and data analysis methods,teenagers in Shanghai development present situation ?problems and optimization strategy of outdoor sports campThe conclusions are as follows:(1)As one of the best outdoor activity camps in Shanghai and even the whole country,Oriental Land camp boasts excellent ecological environment,sound infrastructure,reasonable curriculum,top-notch staff and strong reception capacity.However,in recent years,its focus has shifted to military courses,ignoring students' demands for sports activities.Most of the camp security has been considered in place,However,the accountability mechanism for teaching accidents has not yet been fully established.(2)Students have a general understanding of youth outdoor sports camp but relatively shallow cognition;Diverse motivations for participating in youth outdoor sports camps;The attitude of participating in youth outdoor sports camp is relatively active;Students participating in youth outdoor sports activities can basically get support from their peers,teachers and parents.Youth outdoor sports camp can promote the development of comprehensive quality and physical and mental health of youth;Youth outdoor sports camps still need to be improved in terms of satisfaction.(3)the research finds that the basic system is not perfect and the development framework is not clear in the development of youth outdoor sports camps in Shanghai;Single source of students and capital;Incomplete development of resources;Development is relatively independent,and the external connection is insufficient;Lack of exploration of the needs of different groups of adolescent students(4)based on the analysis of the current situation of Shanghai Oriental greenboat,it is concluded that Shanghai youth outdoor sports camp needs to improve the education system of the camp,and establish the standardized mode and framework of the campeducation;Strengthening the cooperation among the government,schools and the camp;Establish and improve the camp evaluation and supervision system;Establishing broad camp alliances to facilitate resource sharing among camps;Broaden the sources of funds and promote the development of camp resources;Develop different camp curriculum systems for different groups of young students... |
