Research On The Situation And Countermeasures Of Resource Mobilization In Social Service Institutions

Currently,social service institutions have a thriving trend of playing an increasingly significant role in social governance;however,at the same time of rapid development,many social service institutions are also confronted with a lack of funds,manpower,and other issues,making institutional projects difficult to sustain.Then obtaining resources becomes a critical task for social service institutions,and whether they can obtain more resources is closely related to their resource mobilization ability.As a result,this paper examines the resource mobilization of social service institutions using C Center as an example.Based on the theory of resource mobilization,this paper takes C Center as a case study,the resource mobilization framework of charitable organizations as a basic analysis framework,and uses case study methods to study the current situation,problems and countermeasures of resource mobilization of social service institutions through semi-structured interview and data analysis methods.This paper firstly reviews the literature on resource mobilization theory and resource mobilization of social service institutions,summarizes prior research findings and sorts out the basic analysis framework of charitable resource mobilization.Then,in the framework of basic analysis,the resource mobilization situation of C Center is analyzed in combination with the specific reality of C Center’s resource mobilization.The mobilization basis,mobilization objectives and mobilization strategies are analyzed respectively from the aspects of legalization and credibility,target resources and mobilization direction,mobilization principles and mobilization techniques,and at the same time,a trinity resource mobilization mechanism of social service institutions is constructed.By analyzing the resource mobilization situation of C Center and analyzing the existing problems and their causes under the resource mobilization mechanism of social service institutions,it is found that there are problems such as weak mobilization foundation,solidified mobilization goals and lack of mobilization strategies.The causes of these problems include insufficient awareness of legality construction,imperfect supervision and management system,and insufficient awareness of resource development.The service object is relatively special,the organization manpower is insufficient,the resource mobilization knowledge is insufficient.In light of these issues,the study makes some viable recommendations to improve the resource mobilization of social service institutions in three areas:improving the mobilization basis,deepening the mobilization goal,and optimizing the mobilization approach.Finally,by summarizing and reflecting on the research,the author has expounded the discovery of the paper--the resource mobilization mechanism of the Trinity social service organization,and has tried to sum up the resource mobilization of the social service organization,thinking that the resource mobilization situation of the social service organization has both strong and weak points,and that it still needs to be continuously improved in the future.At the same time,the author reflects on the research,and finds that there are still many deficiencies and limitations in this research,and puts forward the prospect of the research.
